[player_tooltip player_id='1509175' first='Blake' last='Harrington'] is coming off a breakout fall and is generating plenty of buzz rolling into his senior season. He is a true dual-threat who will be towards the top of the group in testing in every category. Harrington doubles as a baseball player, and he flashed his arm strength during camp. He can tightrope the ball to the short areas while also proving capable of lofting the ball with some air under it. His mechanics were solid, playing with a clean base and throwing with all his cleats in the ground.

Mason Burkhardt is another dual-threat QB who certainly passes the eye test. He is a big lefty at 6'2 205 with a muscular, cut frame. He is an explosive athlete who is hard to tackle in space. When watching his mechanics, I was impressed at his ability to manipulate his arm angle. He fired the ball consistently out of a 3/4ths slot, but would sometimes come more over the top to mix up touch and trajectory. Burkhardt is a well-developed prospect from a physical standpoint, but he still flashes solid dexterity and some finesse.

[player_tooltip player_id='1604840' first='JD' last='Callaway'] is a stout QB prospect built from the ground up. He was consistently one of the more accurate passers all afternoon and took home a coach's MVP as a result. I would describe everything Callaway did as "easy". He had each level of the field unlocked with his arm strength and threw with the appropriate spin and touch to make each throw. He was amongst the most energetic and confident players in the group as well and validated some of it with his performance.

Aiden Fitzgerald played with some energy and won our strongest arm competition. I would describe Fitzgerald as a pure pocket passer build. He measured in at 6'1 205, making him one of the biggest in the group. Fitzgerald had the most horsepower on the deep ball thanks to his frame and longer developing throwing motion. He was consistent in his ball placement as well. With the power he has in his arm, he is fully capable of placing the ball all around the yard, even if his feet aren't fully set. Fitzgerald caught stride in the middle of our camp and didn't slow down until the end.

Kade Wiggington was a walk-up and left as one of the top performers of the group chosen by the coaches. Wigginton is a fairly well-known prospect here in GA. He played well in each phase of the camp and will test out as one of the top athletes in the QB group. Wigginton threw with some of the best spin out of the group. He had some quiet confidence that allowed him to slip under the radar slightly, but was surgical at his best. Having seen Wigginton perform in the past, I thought his mechanics looked cleaner this time around and he is starting to turn a corner in his development.

This is [player_tooltip player_id='1258733' first='Frank' last='Young']'s second appearance at a PRZ Showcase and he has been towards the top of the QB group in both. From a mechanics standpoint, Young was probably the smoothest point A to point B thrower out of the group. He was sharp in the short area, throwing the ball with good spin. When his deep ball was on, he threw with the touch to turn the nose of the ball over and drop it in over defenders. Young has a natural feel for the position and he took a big step forward physically in the last year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609973' first='Zeke' last='Douglass'] was a new name for me coming into the event, and I exit being pretty bullish on his upside. He is a tall QB with a long frame and plenty of room to fill out. He has a long release, but the ball pops out of his hand and arrives hard. He excelled at the drive throws and was consistent with his spin and placement. He has the arm strength as well to push the ball vertically. Douglass has the power in his arm to make difficult throws look easy. He is a breakout candidate this fall and will improve as he grows into his long dimensions and tightens up his mechanics.

[player_tooltip player_id='1595656' first='Ledger' last='Clements'], a guy who doubles as a baseball player, threw the ball with some life and stood out with his twitch and explosiveness. I am expecting him to test towards the top of the group in several major categories. Clements has an energetic, aggressive throwing motion and can generate some heat in the short areas. He is explosive in the hips and has a tight coiling delivery, all things that allow the ball to jump out of his hand. He keeps his head steady as well. His ability to generate rotational energy and fire the ball with a tight, low trajectory impressed me when making short and intermediate area throws. You can trust him to fit the ball into tight windows.
