The linebacker was #1 in the shuttle amongst all linebackers. He has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, lateral agility, change of direction, and good speed. During the 1 on 1 drills, his mental processing shined. He consistently watched where the running back was going and made the play. His eyes were consistently watching the QB and following the ball. Berninzoni would make the decision quickly and execute. Cole was 2^nd amongst linebackers for the shuttle, 2^nd 40-yard dash, 2^nd broad jump, and tied for 1^st with the L-Drill. Rueschhoff has a very good burst of acceleration, especially in drills. If he got beat at the beginning of the play, he still ended up reaching the running back towards the end. Very good competitive toughness. Pharris watches the QB's eyes leading him to the ball carrier. When coaches would critique him, he'd take it in stride and implement the suggestions to his game. He has the fastest 40-yard time amongst linebackers. T-1^st in wingspan, and has the longest broad jump. Darby has very good speed, acceleration, and change of direction. His speed translated to the drills as well. His quick burst of acceleration and good mental processing put Darby in the position to make plays. When tackling, he gets himself low and tackles the center of gravity. When things weren't going his way, you could see in his eye that nothing would stop him. Very good competitive toughness. If he got beat, the next play he was winning. Having the 3^rd fastest shuttle time, Flores showcased his very good change of direction and quick feet needed to excel at linebacker. Tied for 1^st for wingspan, enables him to tackle defenders more efficiently. During the individual coaching sessions, he showed his coachability. Listening to the coaches, and implementing it into his game.
