Pharris first landed on my radar due to our combine series. He had limited game action this past season. He has very good athletic ability due to very good change of direction, acceleration, good speed, and jumping. Pharris has good mental processing by watching the QB’s eyes leading to a tackle. When I had watched him at our combine, he was taking in the coaching and implementing it into his drills. I want to see more playing time from Pharris going into next season.

Pharris killed it throughout the day. He ended up being t-1^st with the L-drill. His 40-yard dash time was 4^th amongst linebackers; however, the amount is miniscule. He has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, change of direction, and good speed. He has very quick feet and lateral agility. Pharris watches the QB’s eyes leading him to the ball carrier. When coaches would critique him, he’d take it in stride and implement the suggestions to his game. He’s a young player with a lot of potential, and I’m excited to see how his high school career does.

Pharris demonstrated excellent vision and instincts throughout camp, excelling in coverage drills and consistently making plays on the ball. His ability to quickly get into his drops, coupled with his soft hands, allowed him to secure interceptions and disrupt the offense. Pharris also showed quickness in and out of breaks, highlighting his potential as a versatile defensive player. While more game experience will help him refine his game and increase his confidence, Pharris’ skill set and coachability make him a promising prospect. With continued effort, he is sure to attract attention from scouts and coaches alike.
