2025 Standout Ranked TEs Check-In

He's been effective in short-yardage passing situations as well, but McGrew has been dominant as a blocker this year. You can line him up in a variety of spots as a lead blocker and is capable of doing so attached to the line, as an H-back, and in space in the slot. McGrew gets consistent push in the running game and does a great job on screen passes as well as a blocker. He's a fluid athlete who runs well and can develop into a big-time pass catcher for Marshall in time. Laughery looks bigger and stronger this season for the Generals and has continued to improve as a blocker. He caught 6 passes for 228 yards and 3 touchdowns on the night while averaging 38 yards per reception. Mowder is playing wideout at the high school level but likely projects as a TE at the next level with how he's built. He's a nice-sized athlete with a ton of athletic upside for both positions and has the typical Bridgeport physicality as a blocker at TE too. Williams has very good north-south speed and can move laterally just as well when at outside linebacker. He's a physical blocker as well which is a necessity in that style of offense and consistently blows defenders off the line. McCullough does a great job sustaining and finishing blocks and plays with a mean streak.
