<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='302479' first='Carson' last='Blair'], 2026, Miramonte – </strong>1,113 yards and 14 touchdowns completing 60% of his passes. 109.5 QBR. He's the #36 QB in the 2026 class but expect him to climb the rankings next update.</li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1158482' first='Tristan' last='Tia'], 2025, Amador Valley –</strong> 1,087 yards and 19 touchdowns. Only one interception in 95 attempts with a 141 QBR. Also has added 300 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground. He's the #15 QB 2025 QB in the state and #135 overall.</li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1611329' first='Tyler' last='Winkles'], 2027, Acalanes – </strong>1,045 yards and 12 touchdowns through four games. Has 12 touchdowns and a 114 QBR while leading Acalanes to a 3-1 record.</li>

<li><strong>Joshua Werner, 2025, Berean Christian –</strong> 977 yards and 10 touchdowns with a 65% completion percentage and 114 QBR. Has also added three touchdowns on the ground.</li>

<li><strong>Corey Rockey, 2026, Willits –</strong> 922 yards and 11 touchdowns on 83 attempts. Also has 21 total tackles playing DE on defense.</li>

<li><strong>Maurice Hall, 2026, Hayward –</strong> 658 yards and eight touchdowns through four games on 63 carries. Has had 2 games of over 200 yards, 272 against Bethel with four touchdowns and 233 with three touchdowns against Tennyson, also had 126 yards receiving and two touchdowns in the Tennyson game.</li>

<li><strong>Kamarri Robinson, 2025, Livermore –</strong> 612 yards and five touchdowns on 85 attempts. Has had three games in row of over 185 yards.</li>

<li><strong>Kyle Watkins, 2025, Kelseyville –</strong> 600 yards and 12 touchdowns through four games on 76 carries. Most notable game came against Middletown going for 246 yards and two touchdowns in week 4.</li>

<li><strong>Omaurie Phillips, 2025, Ukiah –</strong> In only three games, Phillips has 480 yards and 30 receptions for five touchdowns. Had a massive game in week one going for 257 yards and two touchdowns on 18 receptions against Rancho Cotate.</li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='474154' first='Niko' last='White'], 2025, Acalanes –</strong> 23 receptions for 471 yards and five touchdowns through four games.</li>

<li><strong>Jack Quinnild, 2025, Miramonte –</strong> 26 receptions for 469 yards and five touchdowns highlighted by a seven catch 187 yards and four touchdown performance against Benicia last week.</li>

<li><strong>Roman Mercado, 2025, Las Lomas –</strong> 18 catches for 447 yards and seven touchdowns so far averaging almost 25 yards per reception. Las Lomas is undefeated this season.</li>

<li><strong>Kyle Watkins, RB, 2025, Kelseyville – </strong>Also one of the top five rushers in the NCS, Watkins 12 touchdowns lands him second in the section.</li>

<li><strong>Tanner Pidgeon, RB, 2026, Ferndale –</strong> Pidgeon's 11 rushing touchdowns lands him at #3 despite only playing three games thus far. He's carried Ferndale to a 3-0 start to the season.</li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1230745' first='Jhadis' last='Luckey'], RB, 2026, California –</strong> In Cal High's undefeated start to the season Luckey has totaled 11 touchdowns. Nine on the ground and two through the air. Has almost 600 yards of total offense in those games.</li>

<li><strong>Matthew Forbes, RB, 2025, Irvington –</strong> Forbes is tied for the third spot in total touchdowns in the section with 11 through four games. Seven on the ground and four receiving in Irvington's 4-0 start to the season.</li>
