Paul Gregorian | Prep Redzone Scout
Bell has been on this list before and has been a frequent flyer on some of the states top performances week in and week out for most of his prep career for Liberty. The Eastern Washington commit is one of the more electrifying players the region has seen in recent years and picked up right where he left off two weeks ago on Friday night. He is a true weapon as a receiver out of the backfield and ball carrier and has elite twitch in the short area with quickness and a sudden burst start/stop abilities as well. He rushed for 160+ yards and 3 scores while adding another receiving score as well.

Bell who has long been one of the top rushers across the NCS over the course of his stellar prep career, has been on a tear in his senior season and is a dynamic and explosive player that seems to show up every week. He had another marquee performance, rushing for 4 touchdowns against Clayton Valley in a big win Friday night. Bell who is committed to Eastern Washington, is a very nice get for the eagles and it will be interesting to see if anyone else comes in and offers the talented rusher before signing day or through the season.

Recent Commitment: Eastern Washington
Notes: Bell has been one of the top rushers across northern California for the past few seasons and has dominated the NCS in the post-season the last two years. He is a very complete back with natural hands, elite speed and short area twitch and is a very nice get for the Eagles. Look for Bell to be one of if not the top rusher in the NCS this Fall.

Bell is one of the top returning backs across Northern California, and has been one of the regions best for the past several years. He is a twitchy and explosive runner that shows good vision in tight windows, cutback abilities and is a home run threat once in the open field. Although a bit undersized, he possesses an initial elite burst, open field speed and natural hands out of the backfield with a very decorated career up to this point. Expect Bell to have a huge year in 2025 for Liberty, for what should be one of the top teams in the North Coast Section once again.

Bell came in holding the most offers among the RB group and added to that list with an offer from NAU just a day after the event. He’s a versatile offensive weapon that showed a high-level receiving skillset and was one of the quickest athletes at the camp. Strong, compact frame at 5’6″/160 allows him to cut and change directions with burst and possesses good balance and center-of-gravity. Led Liberty (Brentwood) in both rushing (1800 yards, 14 TDs) and receiving (474 yards, 6 TDs) as a junior. Bell- who also holds offers from Nevada and UAB- should continue to add to his list this offseason.

Bell has been off to a great start through his Junior season for the top seeded Liberty squad, and had another stellar showing in the first round of the NCS playoffs against Vintage. He has rushed for 1,600 yards and 13 touchdowns this season while averaging 8+ YPC in a very tough league. On Friday night, he had another stellar showing rushing for 267 yards and 3 scores while averaging an absurd 15+ yards per carry on the night. Bell will lead Liberty into the NCS D2 semi-finals against Bishop O’Dowd on Friday night and should be inline for another huge showing.

Bell has been one of the more explosive and productive running backs across the bay area for the past couple of seasons and has picked up right where he left off in 2023. Against a very stout Amador Valley defense, he rushed for 214 yards and 2 scores while averaging over 10 yards per carry and running tough in-between the tackles. Bell holds early offers from UAB and Nevada, and should see a slew of other FCS+ schools come in this off-season as he is one of the top ’26 backs across the state.

Bell is coming off a stellar first two campaigns for Liberty over, and is one of the more twitchy and elusive backs across northern California and should have a true breakout year this Fall. He started off with a very strong start last week, rushing for 187 yards and 2 scores, while averaging 8.9 yards per carry. Bell holds two offers from Nevada and UAB, and should see a slew of other schools come in this off-season at the FCS+ level. Bell should go well over the 1,000 yard marker this Fall, and is one of the top names to note at the running back position.
