Future Rankees, New Names on Radar After This Weekend's Travel

<p class="text-gray-700">There wasn't much to take away from York Suburban's performance against South Western this past Friday night. That being said, I'm on a constant look-out for new names to add to our database, no matter the production, score, or situation. [player_tooltip player_id='1520382' first='Taza' last='Sweeney'], York Suburban's starting running back, caught my eye on more than one occasion. Again, Sweeney didn't rip off huge runs to force my hand, yet I can sniff out a talented player even if they or the team is struggling. Sweeney might fit the mold. Good build, was cut up well. Had a few tackle-breaks in this one that impressed me, he ripped off a 20-yard run too. Better games are in his future, I'll stash his name for time being. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">A bit surprised I didn't have this senior Crusader on our ranks after this past update. That's an oversight on my part, a big one considering the fact he's likely to earn D2/D3 offers and interest. WR Coach Khaliq Coleman has already extended an offer to the 6'2, 180-pound defensive back. Bishop McDevitt's defense was on a tear all evening long, as the unit would record nine total sacks and 3 total interceptions. What put Luckett on my radar, numerous pass break-ups along with an awesome 100-yard pick-six late in the game. From hear on our, Luckett's name won't escape PRZ's grasp. Jalloh, Brown, and Young would steal the show and stuff the stat sheets, yet [player_tooltip player_id='1513180' first='Leon' last='Parson'] looked like a back we should have on our ranks, yet his name evaded us to this point. Parson would take an inside handoff between the tackles in for a score, a run in which he broke multiple tackles on his way to the end zone in what was already a decided football game. Again, the spotlight was on other CD East prospects in this one, yet Parsons' play still left a lasting impression on me. More promising reps and he'll land on our ranks without much pushback. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">A bit surprised to learn that Tyson Clarke wasn't represented on our Canadian ranks. I preface this, however, by saying Canadian rankings aren't easy to do, we are still undergoing new processes to best evaluate talent up North. Still, Clarke did what he could against a vaunted secondary deployed by Imhotep. [player_tooltip player_id='646691' first='Dylan' last='Abram'], [player_tooltip player_id='854365' first='Willie' last='Norris'], [player_tooltip player_id='386313' first='Saimire' last='Locks'], these are all Top100 prospects who were tasked with making everything difficult on Clarke's end. That they did, yet Clarke still reeled in a chunk of passes despite being draped by defenders. There aren't many wideouts in PA, let alone CAN, who could have a great game in this situation. I wouldn't call Clarke's performance must-see, yet I came away pleased with some of the tough catches he was able to pull in against Abram. 6'4, 190 pounds, I expect him to be ranked next time PRZ Canada updates their lists. </p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Tyson6834093841/status/1826965044615119248 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Before Murphy even took his first rep as an incoming freshman at Imhotep, I had the feeling he should have been ranked on our initial 2028 PA list. This for two reasons. One, Imhotep coaching brass reached out to let me know he should have been included, this proving to be true by the nights end. Second, Murphy would end up receiving real playing time ahead of other 2028s we liked in the preseason. Murphy would score on a 40 yard bomb from McLeish, a play that would ultimately be overturned via penalty. The penalty didn't take away from Murphy's fantastic rep. [player_tooltip player_id='1520388' first='Austin' last='Rollman'] might be the easiest sell of the group. Two-way player, good size, size suitable to play the defense at the next level in my opinion. Impressive at running back, love the forward momentum he can create quick off of the handoff. Falls forward, Rollman looked a bit more nimble on his feet than you'd figure. Broke through arm tackles with ease. I'm going to be paying close attention to all things [player_tooltip player_id='1520388' first='Austin' last='Rollman'] moving forward, I believe he might be the best prospect on a team loaded with under-rated prospects. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">South Western QB [player_tooltip player_id='1520392' first='Bryce' last='Graham'] outplayed his QB counterpart [player_tooltip player_id='307558' first='Rylan' last='Bratton'], who is currently ranked on our site. A simple conclusion came after watching this one, Bruce Graham should have been ranked on our site for some time. His exclusion was a complete oversight on my part. Fantastic improviser, Graham completed several passes despite pressure or pursuit. Graham would stretch the field and deliver dots both inside and outside of the pocket. Said performance has led me to check out Graham's previous tapes, making his exclusion from our ranks that more baffling. [player_tooltip player_id='1520394' first='Xavier' last='Rivera'] opened up media's eyes after an incredible red zone touchdown that led to Rivera dropping a DB after a one-on-one engagement in the open field. Said rep is shown below. Rivera also had a great run between the b-gaps that would eclipse the 30-yard mark. Great balance, great eye discipline to catch DBs off-guard. One cut type of back, Rivera looked seasoned and comfortable in the trenches and in the open field.
