He does a nice job of reading the quarterback’s eyes and making a play on the ball when it is thrown in his direction. He has a great understanding of passing concepts and how to play a deep zone to take away different passing lanes. He also does a good job in run support. When a ball carrier breaks through, he can make the tackle in the open field. Norris shows a good understanding of how to play the safety position and is in line to have a strong Senior season.

Can be relied on to play single-high, not enough if talked about Norris’ range and decision-making at SH-Safety in Cover 1/3 sets. Norris’ stock is rising.
