All things considered, he did plenty of growing, as you'd expect from and underclassman. This season, expectations have been raised. He has ideal size, a really good arm, and the ability to be accurate from a variety of arm slots. I believe his stock is going to skyrocket once people get a view of Madix playing against varsity competition. He has done a ton to better himself, and I think he will reap those benefits this fall, leading this East Grand Rapids team to more success. He's a confident QB who can move, can be accurate and throw pretty much anything on the route tree with precision. He's an athletic kid who knows how to move in and out of the pocket, and has that clutch gene you just can't teach.
