Braedon put together a great day. I had watched his Hudl this offseason so I had an idea about his talents, but getting to see him in person painted the picture much more clear. Braedon has an excellent frame to build on in a college weight room. He is roughly 6'3" 215 lbs and the size doesn't hinder him at all. Braedon has a strong foundation of body control, fluidity in his movements, and flexibility. He looks comfortable dropping his pad level to change direction and has a solid burst out of those changes. In the positional drills we got a great look through several drills showing that fluidity and easy movement skills. The cherry on top of a great day showing off his athleticism was that he earned an offer from MNSU- Mankato, who were in attendance and watching him closely throughout the camp.

We have been a long time fan of the West De Pere QB here at Prep Redzone WI, so I was very excited to see that I was going to get to watch him throw in person. The 6'2" 195 lbs '26 crushed the day. I have a feeling we are going to see him recruitment really take off once we start to get his tape as the varsity starter this fall. Patrick is a special passer, and looks like he will be holding onto that QB1 ranking during our next update. He throws with a quick snap release that gets the ball out in a fraction of a second. His mechanics were clean from top to bottom. You see everything working together. His feet are connected to his eyes, no laziness or wasted movement, and it all looked the same rep to rep to rep. It wasn't a surprise to see that even with unfamiliar receivers the incoming junior was an accurate passer. He picked his spots and did a great job putting the ball on those spots. Finally, the velocity and arm strength are what set him apart. Accuracy is most important, but having an arm you can trust to fit the ball in a window against top competition is not easy to find. Greisen offers that ability. He is on his way towards being a D1 signal caller.

Malachi was my first great impression of the day. He stole the show during the combine every time he stepped forward for his attempts. The 5'10" 170 lbs electric WR ran a 4.53 and 4.54 40. He broad jumped 9'8" and 9'10". He also hit an exceptional 4.23 in the pro agility. Fast, explosive, and agile. Descriptive words that you want to use when identifying top WR talent. Malachi offers those from his muscled up 170 lbs frame. Where Mack set himself apart was in receiver work. That is where we got to see the change of direction agility, burst, and body control. Mack stood out from the large group of WRs because of the speed he went through routes with. He got into them fast and instantly accelerated coming out of them. DBs were having a nightmarish time trying to cover him in 1 on 1s too. It didn't matter if it was off man or press, Malachi created separation and easily tracked down the ball. This kid is on the rise and is truly one of the best WRs that WI has to offer the college level.

Lamont was high on my list of WI athletes that I wanted to watch in person sometime over this next year. We were able to make it happen down in Madison. The 6' 170 lbs incoming junior is an exceptional athlete and has spent the first two years of his HS career dominating on both sides of the ball, so watching him focus on WR at camp was great to see. Coming out of the event it is clear to see why he is not only a good football player, but also a good basketball player. The WR has that quick twitch burst and agility needed to win out wide. He also does a great job of staying under control and balanced while hitting cuts and breaks at nearly top speed. Hamilton flashed in 1 on 1s also. That included a rep where he won with pure speed. He ate up the cushion, stacked the corner, and pulled away as he easily ran under the deep pass. Lamont made a great impression and college coaches need to make sure they have him on their boards.

Making the trip up from Florida was an impressive 2027 CB. Robenson Duclona was an attention grabber walking around the turf. The young corner already possesses an elite frame with all the length you want and need out at corner. Length that allows him to be aggressive at the line and at the catch point. Of the skill players in attendance, Duclona was one of the athletes that I instantly picked out and said that is what an FBS corner looks like. I was even more excited for his future development when I found out he was only a 2027. Even with his size and youth, Robenson was such a smooth athlete. He has developed great body awareness overall and his feet were impressive to watch in DB drills. The sophomore has a smooth backpedal that gets him great depth, easily can flip his hips and run with his man deep too. His reactive athleticism to a receiver's movements are impressive and allowed him to be successful in 1 on 1s. Big things are ahead for the Florida CB.

Another out of state athlete who impressed me was the Texas LB Luke Mitchell. Similar to Duclona, Mitchell was an athlete who caught my eyes during the combine because of his jacked up 210 lbs frame and how well he moved around while carrying it, running a 4.62 40 yard dash. More importantly, Luke excelled in the LB drills. The LB showed off the lateral movement, closing speed, quick but powerful steps. Luke also showed that he can be a reliable option in coverage. He was able to run with RBs and TEs downfield. The '26 didn't look out of place in coverage, and instead looked comfortable getting in the pocket of his man, looking back for the ball, and breaking up passes. Don't sleep on this 2026.

A Wisconsin CB who impressed me greatly was Kam Williams from Milwaukee Academy of Science. The '25 has built a powerful 5'9" 182 lbs frame that was able to play physical out wide during camp. Kam started the day with a great combine where he posted 4.63 in the 40 and an elite pro agility of 4.13. That pro agility number showed up in the 1 on 1 battles. Williams has solid reactive athleticism, reading the WR's movements and making breaks with them while in man to man coverage. His agility allowed him to stick tight to his opponent. What was also great to see is that even if space was opened up, Kam demonstrated a great closing burst to get there as the ball did. Williams showed the leaping ability to go up and high point the ball. Plus he got to show off the hands as he snagged 3 INTs in the 1 on 1 battles. Don't miss out on this CB steal.

Beckett is an athlete who I have been hoping to get eyes on since the season ended and I came across his name. He is an intriguing, up and coming talent in the DL trenches. The 6'4" 275 lbs DL still has so much potential in his frame to tap into and fill out. With another 10-20 lbs over the coming years we could see Beckett become a serious mismatch in the trenches. He already possesses good length and a powerful, quick get off at the snap. His 9'3" and 9'4" broad jump help paint the picture of his lower body power. The incoming junior was impressive in the DL drills, showing off quick hips as they worked through bags. In the 1 on 1s I was impressed with the initial power he is able to generate when he meets the OL. Beckett consistently showed off a powerful initial pop and was able to maintain that power as he ran his feet. The '26 also showed impressive upper body strength and heavy hands when he simply tossed an OL to the side in one of his 1 on 1 battles. This kid was super impressive, and when we get film from him this season we will see him take off on the recruiting circuit.

Our 4th different state to make the list Missouri, home to Tre Hoskins. An absolutely huge DT prospect who put together a great showing at the Badgers camp. A showing that resulted in Tre earning an FCS offer from Northern Iowa. The 6'5" 275 lbs '26 DL packs that size onto his frame very efficiently. The incoming junior has the space to continue to get bigger and stronger. That will only make him more dangerous on the interior. In the 1 on 1 battles, Tre was one of the toughest fights for a loaded OL group. He flashed quick feet and strong leg drive to drive his man off the line in the run game and into the backfield or hold the line of scrimmage. We saw a powerful get off and solid hand strength that created a good initial pop off the line. Tre is putting the pieces together and is on his way towards becoming an impressive DL prospect. He definitely had the attention of coaches.
