In this report, we're taking a look some of the players that stood out to us during the first hour of the camp. We also had a stop at Hilldale that day so we could only watch the beginning before moving on to our next stop. But we got a good look at the following players. From guys we already knew about to some new names that should have a significant impact this fall, we have them covered.

[player_tooltip player_id='1083187' first='Barrett' last='Mullen'] - 2026 Quarterback - Cascia Hall

We listed Cascia Hall 2026 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1083187' first='Barrett' last='Mullen'] as one of the players we were excited to see in week two of our team camp tour and he didn't disappoint. After becoming a breakout player last year with the Commandos, Mullen impressed on Tuesday morning and what's really promising for him and this Cascia Hall offense is they weren't at full strength. One of Mullen's top targets in the passing game was not there on Tuesday but Mullen still looked the part. The Cascia Hall signal caller might have surprised some people last season but that won't be happening this fall. But if Tuesday was any indication, he's going to be ready as it looks like he has taken his game and elevated it in the last six months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1292052' first='Cooper' last='Howell'] - 2025 Linebacker - Victory Christian

The first of three standouts from Victory Christian is 2025 linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1292052' first='Cooper' last='Howell'] and he was arguably the best defensive prospect we watched on Tuesday morning. Howell just looks like a linebacker that is ready to hit you on every single play so we actually didn't get to see him in his full element considering the hitting was somewhat limited. Howell made a handful of plays that would have ended with a big hit if this was taking place on a Friday night in the fall. Howell was a linebacker that we knew about but hadn't gotten a chance to really watch him move and needless to say, we're impressed. The state's 2025 linebacker class is a deep one but he definitely belongs in that group.

[player_tooltip player_id='402373' first='Dallas' last='Dyer'] - 2026 Running Back - Victory Christian

Just like Mullen at Cascia Hall, Victory Christian 2026 running back [player_tooltip player_id='402373' first='Dallas' last='Dyer'] was another player featured last week as a player to watch in week two of the camp tour. And just like Mullen, Dyer absolutely lived up to the hype and then some. As we mentioned in that feature last week, Dyer was returning from an injury that cut his sophomore season short. And not only was he back to 100 percent, but he looked hungry to make up for the lost time. Dyer exploded every time he touched the ball and he did a great job of making plays that looked like they would be 4-5 yard gains into much more than that. We knew Dyer was going to look good on Tuesday but he even outdid our expectations.

[player_tooltip player_id='898348' first='Jake' last='Campbell'] - 2025 Offensive/Defensive Lineman - Metro Christian

Metro Christian 2025 offensive and defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='898348' first='Jake' last='Campbell'] was one of the standouts on the line of scrimmage on Tuesday morning. And after talking with coaches, we find out that he's the younger brother of former Metro Christian standout Tagg Campbell. And we say "younger" instead of "little" brother because Jake was impressive from a physical standpoint. Whether he was lining up on offense or defense, Campbell did a great job of getting off the ball. But with him specifically, we were impressed with the work on offense. In addition to Campbell, Metro has a few other good looking offensive linemen. That should definitely help them this fall when they're breaking in a new quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='359433' first='Jayelyn' last='Robinson'] - 2025 Offensive/Defensive Lineman - Victory Christian

At each of these team camps, it's usually hard to pinpoint one player that was the most impressive guy that we watched. And while we had several standouts at Cascia Hall, we have to tip our cap to Victory Christian 2025 offensive and defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='359433' first='Jayelyn' last='Robinson'] as the top guy on Tuesday morning. First off, we knew he was going to be one of the better guys on the offensive line considering this fall will be his fourth year as a starter. But Robinson was an absolute monster on the defensive side of the ball at nose guard. Simply put, he dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball and there's no denying that. He was impressive to watch and we're excited to see him again.

[player_tooltip player_id='1292050' first='Kincayde' last='Eng'] - 2026 Quarterback - Metro Christian

Metro Christian is one of a handful of programs that seemingly have a solid quarterback every single year. They'll have a first year starter this fall and it's expected to be 2026 signal caller [player_tooltip player_id='1292050' first='Kincayde' last='Eng'] and Tuesday morning was our first chance to watch him up close with live reps in pads. First off, he passes the eye test physically. He's a good looking quarterback and there's a lot to like from that perspective. He also throws a good ball and makes his reads quickly and takes what the defense is giving him. He also will benefit from a strong offensive line blocking in front of him so we won't be surprised if Eng becomes one of the breakout players this season from a production standpoint.

[player_tooltip player_id='916762' first='Owen' last='Darby'] - 2025 Running Back - Cascia Hall

Cascia Hall might have a terrific passing game this season but don't overlook the rushing attack. 2025 running back [player_tooltip player_id='916762' first='Owen' last='Darby'] is returning for another season as the starter and he had a solid morning on Tuesday when the Commandos went to him. They were also rotating another running back throughout the drills but when the fall rolls around, it will be Darby that is the go-to guy in the offense. And on Tuesday, Darby showcased a high on-field IQ and does a great job of reading his blocks and knowing which hole he needs to blast through. It seemed like every time he touched the ball, he was picking up positive yards. He and Mullen at QB make up a great 1-2 punch in the Cascia backfield.
