There's a good amount of incoming seniors that project to blow up this fall, and I'm looking forward to how these guys can step up and rise their stock. Take a look at five 2025's that I think are on the verge of a breakout senior season:

[player_tooltip player_id='368980' first='Elias' last='Johnson'], RB, Saguaro

I think Johnson might be the best kept secret in the state right now. He showed a ton of promise after two productive seasons at Tempe High as a RB, then made the move to Saguaro last season where he ended up playing LB. Now, pieces have shifted around a bit where it looks like he'll be touted with that RB1 role at Saguaro, and he possesses all the ability and intangibles to quickly put himself on the map again as one of the best ball carriers in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='369024' first='Jace' last='Pina'], WR, Pinnacle

Pina will enter the fall with a huge role in that Pinnacle offense, as he'll look to be a main target for [player_tooltip player_id='368975' first='Wyatt' last='Horton']. He put up 459 yards and 4 TD's a year ago, but I think he has a legit shot to put up 1,000 yards during his senior season. Really crafty kid with excellent ball skills and good body control, as I think we could see him pop off early.

[player_tooltip player_id='368950' first='Christian' last='Camarata'], WR, Brophy

Camarata is a kid I've noticed for a while, and I think he's set to make his mark during this senior campaign. Excellent from the slot with a great understanding of zone coverages, as he frequently finds and sits in those soft spots. Twitchy at the top of his route to get DB's hips turned early when facing man, and holds good ball skills all around.

[player_tooltip player_id='954411' first='Jase' last='Ashley']. QB, Horizon

Ashley showcased a bit of his dual threat ability last year as a junior, and I think with a full year of starting experience under his belt, he's about to be one of the fastest rising QB's in 5A. Really good field vision to read and deliver an accurate throw in a timely manner, but also does a great job seeing opponents turn their backs to him and taking off while using his legs as a threat. I expect a big season from Ashley and he's definitely a kid you need to get on your radar.

George Longoria, OL/DL, Mountain Pointe

Longoria sizes u with a big frame and build at 6'4" 230lbs and is looking to turn the corner be a game changer his senior year. He does a great job off the edges and knows how to use his length to his advantage, and also moved really well within that big frame. He plays with a ton of intensity and could be that tenacious, hard nosed player on both sides of the ball here in 2024. Longoria also just landed his first offer from Fort Lewis (DII).
