Taking home the 15U title on Sunday was Athletes in Training (AIT), which on paper shouldn't be too shocking. Heading into the weekend, they were without a doubt one of the most talented rosters in the tournament and they showed up ready to go on Saturday and Sunday, running the gauntlet, going 7-0 across the weekend.

On Saturday, they were good but on Sunday, they were dominant, rolling through their first three games with 35-9, 20-9, and 35-16 wins. They met a very good match in Tribe's 15U team in the tournament championship game, winning 24-22. With that congrats, to AIT on winning the first ever Pennsylvania Classic 15U championship.

Below, we go over some athletes from AIT who grabbed my attention whether it was their overall performance or their athleticism, athletic, profile, etc.

https://twitter.com/PrepRedzone/status/1782126687888531582

<!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["489184"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"Jenkins is the type of player that makes scouting easy. Despite being just a 2027 prospect, Jenkins has all the makings of someone who is going to be playing at the highest level on Saturdays in a few years. He's a smooth athlete, already has good size, and his athleticism is outstanding. When the ball was thrown his way over the weekend, very few opposing defenders were able to stop or slow down the Imani standout. He is really just scratching the surface as well as a player, as he continues to get bigger he's going to be a force to be reckoned with. Really excited to see how he continues to progress.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1155877"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Burgos-Wise was someone we were watching closely coming into this weekend's tournament and both Michael Knight and myself came away impressed with the Solanco standout. The 6-foot-0, 160-pound Burgos-Wise is just as smooth of an athlete as he is on tape and was able to go toe-to-toe with some very strong talent. I'm personally not too far away from Solanco, so I'll be sure to check out Burgos-Wise in person this fall.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["513009"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"What an impressive weekend for the 2026 quarterback out of Freeport with 18 interceptions and if our notes are correct. He didn't throw a single interception over the course of the weekend either. Ross might be on the smaller side right now at 5-foot-10 and in the 150-160 pound range but he has a live arm, good accuracy, and can place the ball where it's needed on a rather consistent basis. We came away thoroughly impressed and definitely someone who has increased his stock in our eyes coming out of the weekend.u003cbru003eu003cbru003ehttps://twitter.com/Drew_Ross_11/status/1782875807376883866","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["913389"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Everett might be small in stature but he certainly plays bigger than his size on the field. He really stood out this weekend as a receiver for AIT, he was running quality routes throughout the evening and was able to use his athleticism to make some tougher catches including a few balls that he needed to go up and get. As he continues to get stronger and faster, Everett has a chance to develop into quite the playmaker for McKeesport.u003cbru003eu003cbru003ehttps://twitter.com/7everettjavier/status/1782418064295796989","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_4_player_details_player_name":" [player_tooltip player_id='1282042' first='Zaire' last='Thomas']","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_4_player_details_graduating_class":"2027","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_4_player_details_height":"5'11u0022","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_4_player_details_weight":"165","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_weight":"field_65b288425ecf6","player_evaluations_4_player_details_position":"2411","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_4_player_details_school":"Imani Christian","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_4_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_4_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_4_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"I've been aware of Thomas for a few months now but outside of Imani Christian's season opener last year, I haven't been able to see Thomas, or many of his teammates up close in quite a while, so I was excited to see Thomas in person to see where he is in his development.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eComing out of the weekend, I feel good about Thomas in his development and the ability to develop into a high end prospect over the next several years. He's a very good athlete and that was evident throughout the weekend as well as in his freshman tape.
