Champ Kapanui Champ Kapanui 6’1″ | 205 lbs | LB Bishop Gorman | 2025 State NV had a great season for the national champion Bishop Gorman Football Team off the edge as an outside linebacker. The Hawaii Native is following in the footsteps of his father Chad Kapanui a former standout LB for the University of Hawaii. Champ has shown great agility and explosion off the edge as well as the ability to cover in 7 v 7. Although Champ is playing off the edge the Bishop Gorman LB will see a lot of interest for inside LB at the next level. Champ recently won MVP at the Polynesian Bowl camp and will start attracting power 5 interest by the end of next season.
Following in the footsteps of former Nevada Gatorade player of the year Micah Alejado Micah Alejado 5’10” | 160 lbs | QB Bishop Gorman | 2024 State NV will not be easy but football coaches around the Las Vegas Valley know that the Bishop Gorman Gaels will be in great hands with Mel Spicer as their QB. Similar to former Gorman QB and current Cleveland Browns QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Spicer will just have his senior year to showcase his ability. Spicer has elite arm talent, elite accuracy, and the ability to evade pressure. Look for the class of 2025 dual threat QB to fly onto D1 programs radars in the season.
Taufa is a violent old school linemen that has transferred from Utah to play for Bishop Gorman. Taufa will add talent to arguably the best o-line in the country Bishop Gorman Gaels squad. Look for Taufa to become one of the top center prospects in the country this season.
Alexander Inoke Alexander Inoke 6’1″ | 285 lbs | OL Centennial | 2025 State NV completed a great season for the 4A state champion Centennial HS as a junior at Right Tackle. Inoke showed next level run blocking and has shown the ability to pass protect speed off the edge this off-season at camps. Inoke will project as a center at the next level. Although 6’2 isn’t considered tall for D1 programs Inoke’s strength will allow him to dominate inside. Look for Inoke to begin to attract D1 coaches this summer in the camp circuit.
Bowe Farmer Bowe Farmer 5’10” | 185 lbs | WR Lake Mead Christian Academy | 2025 State NV has a break-out junior year for 2A State Champion Lake Mead Christian Academy Team. Farmer was a big play threat all season that runs the ball hard and is physical upon contact. Farmer always makes big plays on special teams as well as making big physical blocks for his teammates. Look for Farmer to have another dominating senior campaign in the 2A division.
Andrew “AJ” Campbell
Andrew “AJ” Campbell
AJ Campbell is a now a big 6’2 215-pound QB that has the size and athleticism to also play TE and LB at the next level. Campbell transfer from Liberty to Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon to lead the new program in their build. Look for Campbell to jump onto the seen this season.
