In the past, Spears and Balichik have worked reps away from the soon-to-be-junior passer. Limited tape because of the circumstances, less than two minutes long. In usual cases, Marshalek wouldn't sniff the top 30 with this on-field resume. That being said, I'm aware of the young man's skill set and how his training is likely to translate in a positive manner when his time is called. I am also aware of some of the buzz he and his team generate in the recruiting world, it's a fact that local schools are holding his development under a microscope. I'd be the one to bet that this ranking is likely his floor, I have to straddle the line between what Marshalek has tangibly done on the field, and Marshalek's potential. My opinion on the 2026 QB hasn't changed much, yet I have to reflect how the rest of the state/position is developing. I'm still keeping a watchful eye on his measurables. Knowing how he works, I doubt weight ever becomes a real issue moving forward. Can't say the same about his height. Excited to see him work in the offseason, yet nothing is going to help elevate his stock more than substantial production on tape at this point.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65e0368b42d47"} /-->

Tape opens up with a smooth drop, Solley's eyes are where they are supposed to be, he sees the nine open and hits his target in stride. First rep shows he can attack vertically without a steep hitch. Works out of 10 personnel often, Solley's second rep on tape replicates his first, this time showing off a bit of touch/tempo in his pass trajectory. Good depth perception shown attacking nines downfield. 6'2, 175, carries the ideal QB frame and is just a sophomore. Like when UM deploys 11 personnel, Solley can sprint out and deliver accurate balls on the go, not a pocket statue. Has a goal-line QB keep that goes for a score from about 10 yards out. I argue that his best rep on tape comes at the 54-second mark. Solley catches the snap, faces imminent pressure from both edges, stays in the pocket, throws with anticipation, and delivers a catchable ball against a closed middle of the field. More reps like this and Solley will stay inside our Top150 moving forward. Like the less flashy reps later on tape, shows he can catch the snap, quickly key his key defender, and make accurate passes inside of 10/15 yards. Great tape heading into his junior year at Upper Merion.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65e0368b42db7"} /-->

A myriad of mesh sets that incorporate a read with his back, [player_tooltip player_id='647205' first='Noah' last='Keating'] is witnessed pulling the rock from the belly of his back and hitting backside seams, front side slants if the defense looks to have the advantage post-snap. I see play-action sets, I see Pennridge purposefully moving Keating's launch point via sprint-outs, there's a lot to this offense, he seems to grasp it well. Tight window attacker, kid has supreme confidence to test certain holes/windows downfield. A mix of accuracy and torque, Keating can deliver ropes to corners, seams, and posts alike with anticipation skills against two high looks. Can reset his feet when transitioning from target to target. Good in impromptu situations, starting to carry a LB build, starting to run like one too. My favorite QB prospect on the rankings thus far. I've made too many excuses to have not seen him play live yet, that'll hopefully change this coming Fall.rnrnu0026nbsp;","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65e0368b42e28"} /-->

Slight frame, yet he's on the cusp of ideal QB height/weight combination, I do have to remind myself he's a sophomore at times. Cracked the Top 15 at his position, has a seven-minute tape on Hudl. Operates out of 21 personnel often, the first QB on this list to operate out of a more heavy set up front. Probably the best anticipatory passer I've covered in this series. I applaud his feel/vision and expectancy skills, kid is clearly a natural passer, one who is seasoned and comfortable tasked with hitting his man downfield. A lot of baseball in his release, looks to have a ton of backward displacement once extending away from his off-hand. Tough kid, witnessed taking some brutal hits in the pocket while maintaining focus and hitting his man accurately downfield, some instances 15+ yards downfield. Love the decisive nature inside the red zone and goal line. Accurate, emphasis on timing, [player_tooltip player_id='388092' first='Cameron' last='Walter'] can catch the snap and get the ball out where it's intended to go, smart and confident kid behind center. Good production at Woodland Hills I might add. Although measurables and competition level might not scream top tier, I am a fan of the complete package that is Walter the QB prospect. He'll be entering a pivotal year, one that will likely determine his recruiting status among his QB peers.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65e0368b42e7f"} /-->

Carries arguably a less than appealing build compared to Marshalek and Walter, yet ranked higher because his dual-threat capabilities far exceed the two mentioned above. If you're going to carry a slighter frame, you better be able to threaten a defense with more than just your arm, BecaHi's [player_tooltip player_id='1077188' first='Cayden' last='Vassa'] does just that. 23 total TDs, 17 through the air, six on the ground. Vassa, the consummate playmaker, shows he can operate out of spread sets, or ones that call for two TE in-line beside each tackle. A mix of dimes and game-breaking runs, Vassa opens up the Top15 Qb rankings by providing the list with its first premier athlete. I've heard nothing but good things concerning the young man's work ethic, as well as his attention to detail on the field. His tape showcases his ability to throw on time, with a drop back, from the pocket. His tape showcases his ability to throw on the run when the playcall tasks him with working flood concepts while sprinting out. His tape showcases Vassa's ability to complete passes when plays break down, excelling more than any on this list in terms of improvisational skills. Tack on his knack for out-running secondary angles, you've got a two-way star close to the Top100.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65e0368b42ed2"} /-->
