At 5'11” 170 lbs. he's a natural passer with a smooth over the top delivery. His release is quick and compact allowing him to get the ball out quickly while hitting receivers in stride. Shows he can be accurate and hit his spots to all three levels of the field and flashes the arm strength to throw off platform without sacrificing velocity. Like his ability to layer the ball over second level defenders with touch and trajectory. Plus footwork and mobility in the pocket, he's never rushed and shows he can escape pressure and extend the play while keeping his eyes downfield for an open target. Good ability to go through his progression without forcing the ball into coverage, only threw 3 interceptions on 178 attempts in 2023. He's smooth in and out of his breaks showing the ability to drop his hips and burst out at the top to create separation. Plus ball judgement skills, he's able to track and quickly adjust body positioning to make a play at the catch point. Dangerous after the catch, he's got a sustained second gear to run away from defenders and is tough to catch once he finds space. Finished the 2023 season with 11 touchdowns, six receiving, three kickoff returns, and two punt returns.
