Already coming in at 6’0 180 frame as just a freshman, his sophomore year campaign is set for high expectations. Bring in 44 total tackles last season, he is a multi-dimensional athlete who we can assume will be used in even more facets of this Aztecs defense and maybe even offense. He has good diagnosis and reaction time at the safety position with solid wrap up ability. His ball skills have tons of potential after snagging an interception in his first games at the varsity level. Patterson has received his first D1 offer from Colorado State thus far. He is not just an exciting player for this Corona team, but an exciting player to watch for the state of Arizona.
