Walker showed flashes of natural athleticism and DB skill as a perimeter CB for the 2A state champions this seaosn. He’s a fluid mover that can effortlessly switch gears in his backpedal and does a good job of sinking the hips and generating explosive drive out of his breaks. He’s a willing tackler that goes low and isn’t afraid to stick his nose into contact. Walker’s a CB to keep an eye on as he continues to grow and develop.
Highlights
Aleaga’s a massive presence upfront for Green Valley at 6’4”/310. He moves defenders in the run game with his dominant size/strength and finishes blocks with violent intent. He could be more active with his leg drive but has plenty of time to develop his technique and overall skillset. Aleaga, who picked up his first pair of offers from UNLV and San Jose St. early in 2023, presents some of the highest upside of any OL in Nevada’s 2027 class.
Bell was Arbor View’s leading rusher as a freshman totaling 700 yards and 3 TDs on 83 carries. He’s a balanced runner at the LOS that can bounce off first contact and string together cuts for explosive gains. He’s versatile in his usage with his physicality as a blocker and receiving skillset out of the backfield (14 recs., 109 yards, TD). Bell positioned himself among the top RBs in Nevada’s 2027 class with the strong freshman season he produced.
Thomas flashed promising athleticism as a two-way player on the perimeter (WR/CB). He’s an agile mover that’s quick and sudden in his change-of-direction as a DB. He looked comfortable as a pass catcher during his time on JV and showed natural ball skills in 1v1 situations. Look for Thomas to earn opportunities as a sophomore for the reigning 4A state champions.
