Kiewiet is a player that was remolding himself over the summer and it shows after he was able to bounce back from a disappointing week 0. He has been lighting it up and is leading the state in passing yards, closing in on 1,000. He is a true duel-threat QB being able to escape the pocket when it begins to close or is a threat whenever his team makes it into the redzone. He has been excelling at intermediate passing and has been lighting defenses up. Will be a player to keep an eye on the radar this season.
Modrzewski had a couple bounce back weeks were he was able to connect with his receiving core for some TD’s. He has been able to increase his accuracy every single week and is putting it where only his receivers can catch the ball. He has been able to excel at the deep ball and with this receiving core he can take the chances because they will make the tough catches. He has a 4 to 1 TD to INT ratio and you can expect that to continue with the way he has played the past two weeks.
Highlights
Szarka was able to build on his momentum from week 1 as well as last season with his display in week 2. Being able to dominate in all aspects of the passing game and letting his receivers make plays for him. He was able to move around in the pocket and keep his eyes downfield, hitting his receivers on those of time plays. He looked good in play action being able to connect for a long TD. He will be a player to watch with his strong arm and ability to fit the ball into tight windows.

Frescaz was able to bounce back and put up some good numbers in his week 2 matchup. He was able to connect on a 89 yard touchdown and letting his receiver make some explosive plays for him. He is more of a pocket passer that is able to sling it and get it outside the numbers. He will be a player to watch to see if he is able to get the train going for his team and have the passing game take them to a victory.
Dietrich has been looking good with his timing being able to hit his receivers as they are coming out of cuts and letting them make things happen after the catch. He has a strong arm and when he drives off of his back leg he is able to get it to the receivers quickly. He shows some poise in the pocket and will climb the pocket, keeping his eyes downfield. With the weapons he has around him, he will be a player to keep an eye on to see if he can get his team on track moving forward.
