Dietrich measures in at 5’11 175-pounds and thrives on off-platform throws. Last season, he threw 48/85 for 658 yards, 56.5% completion rate, 3 TDs, 2 INT, with 16 carries for 120 yards. He has good athletic ability due to very good change of direction, acceleration, good speed, and balance. Dietrich has very good throw power with a quick release. Fluid spiral and fluid throwing motion. Dietrich has good pocket presence paired with very good pocket mobility. He’ll use his shifty feet to avoid pressure or scramble for a first down. Good progression speed. Dietrich does a good job under pressure. Very good off platform throws and very good throw on the run. I’m very excited to see how he does during camp season. I see a lot of potential in him!
