Alejandro Rivas
Total Tackles: 98
TFL’s: 12
Notes: Rivas is a true plug in the middle of the defense with a quick trigger inside, can take on second level blockers and is a force in-between the tackles. A low to the ground compact tackler, he explodes through contact and fills hard while also able to scrape over the top when needed and make plays in space periodically. He is in line for a monster second season for TV and will once again be one of the more productive defenders across Arizona.
Fabian Hernandez
Fabian Hernandez
Total Tackles: 84
TFL’s: 12
Notes: Hernandez was one of the more productive players across Arizona from both the defensive end and edge position during his Freshman campaign. He is a heavy handed pass rusher with a strong initial punch, can redirect quickly and shows he can quickly reset the LOS. As he continues to grow and develop, he could develop into a next level kid at either defensive end or linebacker.
Highlights
Total Tackles: 67
TFL’s: 10.5
Notes: Lang is a long and rangy outside linebacker with cover abilities in space, and pass rush abilities off the edge. He closes quickly, shows active hands around the edge and covers a ton of ground when collapsing the pocket or pursuing backside. He is a very fluid athlete with solid COD abilities, shows that he can quickly get off blocks and is very comfortable making open field tackles/PBU’s against faster receivers. His athleticism and cover abilities make him a very intruiging prospect at the next level as he will only continue to grow and pack on more weight to his long frame.
Total Tackles: 64
TFL’s: 6
Notes: Colter has already been on Varsity going into his second season for Chaparral and checks in as our top linebacker in the 2026 rankings. He is a no brainer power five caliber kid with elite size, athleticism and speed for the position and is a multi-offer FBS prospect. ASU, Oregon, Nevada and UNLV have already offered, and it will not be long until he turns into a national recruit and the next great linebacker from Arizona.
