Gary is a 2 year starter already, and has great natural ability. The thing that really impresses me is that he is making a change from CB to Safety which I think will fit him well as now he can fly around and make plays all over. He looked really good when I saw him this summer, and it set a high bar for him in my mind. Having the experience he already has, plus moving over to a position that should suit him may springboard this guy into huge success this fall.

Gerry Hanson III
Gerry put me on notice just minutes into the last tournament I watched him in. On defense, he was flying around making interceptions, PBU’s and tackles all over the field. On offense, he was running by defenses and catching deep balls in the end zone all day long. Hanson was a workhorse and had everyone at the event whispering to each other. There were multiple colleges I saw making sure they kept an eye on him all day long. If he can add a little more mass to his frame, he could really start forcing college recruiters hands to offer him.
Beau kind of changed my mind on him when I saw him work, I knew he was good, but it was hard to put a label on just where he belonged in the pecking order. He made a case for being a high P5 conference recruit quickly at the Saginaw Valley 7 on 7 tournament. Jackson made incredible with elite ball placement, and had major zip on the ball to thread it through tight closing windows. He has a beautiful release, and with the added threat of being able to scramble, he will have defenses guessing on just how he is going to pick them apart.

Caleb was one kid I had waited to form an opinion on until I saw him live, and I am glad I did. While he can be seen racking up PBU’s on defense, his attention to detail as a QB stood out to me the most. The arm talent is very good, and he has a nice fluid motion. He was fun to see command the offense and make reads in real time and get it to the open guy, resulting in winning the tournament. Gaylord is on my list to see this upcoming season because he is such a versatile 2 way player with a ton of potential.
I got to see Jami work as a sophomore in the playoffs last year, but I came away most impressed when I watched him at the MSU camp, where he was making contested, difficult catches left and right. He did lead GRCC’s receiving group, and this year he is bound to really turn heads. He impressed in the agility drills also, where his footwork was top notch and speed really stood out. Going into his junior year with as much experience as he already has, I think he is in for a huge year. I left East Lansing impressed with Williams, and I think he needs more attention right now, as he will be highly sought after.
