This was probably the easiest selection of all. His lights out performance in the state title game was an all timer to pull off the win as the public “underdog” although I don’t think they thought of themselves that way. Marshall was hitting every throw he needed to with accuracy, was able to stand in the pocket and deal, and he was incredible at extending plays and evading pressure. He was able to manipulate defenders with his eyes at a way higher level than you typically see at the high school level, and felt pressure but never quit looking downfield. Kansas is getting themselves an elite athlete that will definitely be a star at the next level.

The Kansas commit is going to be leading one of the best teams they’ve had in recent history at Southfield A&T this weekend against a tough West Bloomfield defense. His arm strength is so impressive. He’s an extremely athletic QB with a nice ability to extend plays while keeping an eye downfield, and then zinging darts to his receivers that DBs struggle to defend. He’s elusive in the pocket, and tough to take down in space. Overall, I absolutely love his ability and I am pumped to see how he handles the game Saturday to get his team to Ford Field.
