Vitti has legit speed and acceleration and it was on full display in his highlights. He is a serious threat out of the back field at the half back position. He has the type of speed where he can have defenders over 10 yards trailing him when he reaches the end zone. He has very good hands not only out of the back field as a running back put also on defense when he comes down with interceptions. HIs change of direction is outstanding and there are several times he makes a cut and flys past a defender without really having to slow down much. I like that Divine Child plays him at outside linebacker where he can be close to the line of scrimmage so not only can he rush the passer put can fly up to stop run plays.
#24 Amir Morelan Amir Morelan 5'11" | 170 lbs | ATH Port Huron Northern | 2026 State MI | Port Huron Northern | Hudl
Morelan is a very good kick returner who plays with a sense of urgency when the football is in his hands. On defense, Morelan can play outside cornerback and in the slot. He has very good speed and can track down ball carriers. The ball skills are very good with Amir Morelan Amir Morelan 5'11" | 170 lbs | ATH Port Huron Northern | 2026 State MI and I like his ability to make plays on the football. Morelan plays on offense as well at wide receiver and is a legit threat to take the ball to the end zone every time they get him the ball. It was fun to watch him on end-arounds as he almost always made the first man miss.
#27 Traverse Moore Traverse Moore 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH DeWitt | 2026 State MI | DeWitt | Hudl
Moore has very good speed at the slot back position. He is a guy that when he gets to the edge their is a very high chance his is going to take it the distance. Moore plays cornerback as well and does a great job of reading when a receiver is going to break and then flying to make a play on the ball. Moore will run with physicality and show the play strength to move multiple defenders with him before his is tackled. There were multiple plays where you thought that Moore was going to get tackled but he kept fighting and gained extra yardage. Plays like this really wear on a defense and they really make defenders think twice before trying to tackle him.
#24 James Rush James Rush 5'10" | 165 lbs | ATH Saline | 2026 State MI | Saline | Hudl
I was able to watch Rush in person this year and I was very impressed by his speed. Like the others guy on I have talked about, Saline will use Rush on offense as a half back. He is a great change of pace back and his speed put a lot of pressure on defenses. Rush is an excellent cornerback as well and his speed allows him to run stride for stride with wide receivers. Rush can play physical as well at cornerback and I love that he never gives up on plays and will fight for every pass breakup. I watched Saline play a lot this year and Rush certainly was a guy who stood out.
