Abington
Abington had a tough season going 2-8 overall in 0-7 conference play. Their pair of wins this season came against Council Rock North and Harry S. Truman.
2023 LB Jamie Rivera
Rivera might be a little undersized for your prototypical linebacker at 5-foot-11, but there’s ‘s still plenty to like about the Abington linebacker. Rivera shows great football instincts on the field and can play both downhill and in coverage. With a reported 40-yard dash time of 4.8, he’ll be able to match up well against most tight ends in coverage. Overall, he’s still someone we believe can play linebacker at the D2 or D3 level.
2023 WR Josh Young Josh Young 6'5" | 200 lbs | WR Abington | 2023 State PA
An intriguing wide receiver prospect, Young’s size is almost enough to take a chance on him alone. You won’t find many wide receivers at 6-foot-5, his size could mean a move to tight end is possible in the future but that being said, he shows quality receiving skills, a good catch radius, and soft hands. He’s also quite a raw prospect, only in his second year of playing the sport, so while is a bit of a project, the payoff for Young could be quite big down the road.
Albert Gallatin
The Colonials of Albert Gallatin went 3-6 this season overall with wins over Carrick, Uniontown, and Brownsville.
2025 RB Caleb DeHaven Caleb DeHaven 5'9" | 165 lbs | ATH Albert Gallatin | 2025 State PA
We don’t have any measurements for DeHaven but his HUDL highlight tape shows some promise. He shows the quality of open-field speed with good vision as well. Not much film to go off for DeHaven but he’s someone who will at least be on our watch lists heading into next season.
Ambridge
Ambridge was 2-8 this season and 1-6 in WPIAL AAAA Parkway conference play. Their two wins this season came against Freedom Area and New Castle.
2025 WR Adam Fernandez
Another 2025 prospect who will at the very least find his way onto our watch list is Ambridge’s wide receiver, Adam Fernandez. Fernandez is on the smaller side at 5-foot-9 and around 150-pounds so weight and muscle are very much needed. He shows the ability to play both wide receiver and defensive back though, at his size, wide receiver is much more likely his position at the collegiate level. Good open-field speed and vision, making him an easy fit as a slot receiver in any offense.
