Stats: 17 Carries | 140 Yards | 6 Touchdowns rnIn the biggest shootout in week two, Tuttle was able to outlast Noble with a 61-41 win. The ground game did the majority of the damage for the Tuttle offense and a young sophomore had a breakout performance. 2025 running back Brady Mcadoo Brady Mcadoo 6’0″ | 180 lbs | RB Tuttle | 2025 State OK would finish with 140 yards and six touchdowns on 17 carries and was also a major threat in the return game. We’ve been high on McAdoo’s potential since last season and seeing him this offseason. McAdoo and the Tigers will look to continue momentum this week as they host Guthrie.
Highlights
Stats: 20 Catches | 135 Yards | 2 Touchdowns | 80 Yard KR Touchdown rnFor the second straight week, Noble senior wide receiver Brandon Harper Brandon Harper 5’10” | 165 lbs | WR Noble | 2023 State OK finds himself on this list. Unfortunately for Harper, he and the Bears came up short in that shootout loss to Tuttle on Friday night. But like McAdoo, Harper could not be stopped and had a major impact on the game in several areas. First off, he caught 20 passes on the night which is an absurd number. He would finish with 135 yards and two touchdowns. He also took a kick back 80 yards for his third touchdown on the night. Harper has picked up right where he left off last season.

The Patriots went on the road to face off with 4A’s Poteau in a battle between top five teams. Metro would steal a 35-31 win after scoring the game-winning touchdown with 8 seconds left. Nauman had a great connection going with QB Kirk Francis Kirk Francis 6’1″ | 185 lbs | QB Metro Christian | 2023 State OK as he would finish with 12 catches for 222 yards and a pair of touchdowns. In a week full of statement wins all over the state, Metro’s road win over Poteau was one of them.
Stats: 10 Catches | 211 Yards | 3 Touchdowns | 9 Tackles | 1 Interception | 1 Forced Fumble rnOne player who has found himself on this list quite a bit over the last few years is Cushing senior standout Camden Crooks Camden Crooks 6’0″ | 190 lbs | WR Cushing | 2023 State OK . The Cushing star has been one of the top players in the state over the last few years and he was at it again as they knocked off Perkins-Tryon on Friday to improve to 2-0 on the season. Crooks caught ten passes for just over 200 yards and three touchdowns. He also had nearly ten tackles, an interception and he forced a fumble on the defensive side of the ball. Crooks does not get enough credit statewide for his true playmaking ability.

For the third consecutive week, fourth if you include the scrimmage week, Wilson is one of the top performers across the state. Stats: 15 Carries | 125 Yards | 3 Touchdowns | 15 Tackles rnEdmond Memorial scored their first win of the season when they knocked off rival Edmond North on Friday night. The Bulldogs were led by senior running back and linebacker Kiefer Mullins Kiefer Mullins 6’0″ | 195 lbs | LB Edmond Memorial | 2023 State OK . We’ve made no secret that we think this Bulldog team could be flying under the radar and that Mullins is one of the more underrated two-way players in the state. He showed why he shouldn’t be underrated moving forward with another solid performance, finishing with 125 yards and three touchdowns on offense and leading the Bulldogs with 15 tackles on defense.
Stats: 33 Carries | 201 Yards | 4 Touchdowns rnAnother team north of OKC got their first win on Friday night as Cashion would take out Thomas to improve to 1-2 on the season. The two-time defending Class A champs are rebuilding after back to back titles but are still a team to watch in Class A and they have some new standouts already emerging. One of them is their junior running back Nathan Nabavi Nathan Nabavi 6’0″ | RB Cashion | 2024 OK who had a workhorse night for the Wildcats with 33 carries for over 200 yards and four touchdowns. He only carried the rock six times but he went for 141 yards and four touchdowns. He also added a 20-yard touchdown reception. This is a Southeast team that has legitimate weapons on the offensive side of the ball. They are in absolutely brutal district but they have the ability and firepower to surprise some teams this fall.
Stats: 5 Catches | 133 Yards | 5 Touchdowns rnFollowing a tough loss to Lone Grove in week one, Madill bounced back with a dominating win over Dickson on Friday night. And it was a perfect night for senior wide receiver Stephen Sisco Stephen Sisco 6’0″ | 190 lbs | WR Madill | 2023 State OK within the Madill offense. Sisco would finish with five catches for 133 yards and all five receptions ended in Madill touchdowns.
