It was a the biggest game in the GMC in week 6. Princeton came into the game at 3-1 and Fairfield at 4-0. Both teams are flush with talent. Princeton's [player_tooltip player_id='380207' first='Caleb' last='Clark-Glover'] blocked a punt and returned it inside the 5 yard line of Fairfield. Teryntino Brown-Freeman ran it in for a TD shortly after. Fairfield would counter with a drive and touchdown by [player_tooltip player_id='284603' first='Talon' last='Fisher'] to tie it a 7-7. From there it was pretty much all Princeton As they would score 21 unanswered points. Fairfield would add a late TD to seal a final of 28-14. Here are some players who caught my eye.

QB [player_tooltip player_id='456532' first='RJ' last='West'] (2023) 6'2 190- the QB didn't have a big night in terms of numbers, but he was extremely efficient versus a very good Fairfield Indians defense. He showed great short and intermediate accuracy completing 9 of 13 passes and 2 TD's. The ball was always on time and in a place where the receiver could make yards after the catch. He's an athletic runner who used his legs to execute several zone read runs and scrambles to get his team yards. He has an athletic build and room to fill out and get stronger.

CB [player_tooltip player_id='380207' first='Caleb' last='Clark-Glover'] (2023) 5'10 170- As I said leading off the article, Clark-Glover quickly made his impact in this game with a punt block and return deep into Fairfield territory. The Marshall Thundering Herd committ is a physical back who always plays the game with his foot on the gas pedal. Whether it's coming up and making hits in the run game, or it's jamming receiver he's imposing his will on opposing offenses. Confidence is so important at the corner back position, and Clark Glover has it in spades.

OT [player_tooltip player_id='456531' first='Phillip' last='Daniels'] (2023) 6'5 290- Daniels is committed to the Pitt Panthers. At 6'5 290 and a slender athletic build Daniels is an imposing figure. He consistently dominates his opponents at the line of scrimmage. He has good functional strength that he uses to finish his blocks. He plays with some edge to him which I love. He expect to win his reps and he takes the losses personally. He has the athleticism to win the edge against smaller quicker defenders, and has the stoutness to take on a good bull rush.

LB [player_tooltip player_id='141069' first='Breeon' last='Ishmail'] (2023) 6'3 220- Ishmail spent the first 3 years of his high school career at Hamilton, before transferring to Princeton for his senior season. At Hamilton mostly played receiver. At Princeton Ishmail plays mostly the linebacker position. With his combo of size and athleticism it's easy to see why he's gotten offers from P5 schools such as Iowa State, Tennessee, Kentucky, and others. He uses his size and strength to set the edge. He also has the speed and athleticism to run down plays. I think this change of position could open up a lot of options for Ishmail.

WR [player_tooltip player_id='410364' first='Dorian' last='Williams'] (2024) 6'2 200- Dorian currently holds an offer from Purdue. It's easy to see why the Boilermakers would offer the young receiver. Williams is every bit of 6'2 and well put together. He has the strength to make plays through physicality and win 50/50 balls. He has good a solid get off and is a smooth runner. The more reps he gets the more impact he's going to have on this explosive Vikings offense.

LB [player_tooltip player_id='446856' first='PJ' last='Nelson'] (2025) 6'2 195-Nelson has good size and a frame to continue to add weight and strength. He has good hips and can run. He has the ability to shoot the gap and can run down plays. He lined up mostly as an inside linebacker, but I think he profiles to an outside linebacker at the college level. As he continues to grow and get stronger he'll be more of a physical presence.

CB [player_tooltip player_id='456548' first='Airriss' last='Rosemond'] (2025) 5'11 160- Rosemond has good size for a sophomore defensive back. He's long, with fluid hips, and the ability to turn and run. He's not afraid to come up and lay the wood either. He didn't look overmatched as he battled older receivers all evening. I'm very excited to see Rosemond continue to grow and develop.
