The 2025 rankings have officially dropped. Below are some names who have potential to become future National Recruits.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="256525" first="Kahlil" last="Stewart"] | 6’4, 280 | OL | Roman Catholic</strong></span></em></span>
There might not be a hotter name in Pennsylvania than Roman Catholic’s [player_tooltip player_id="256525" first="Kahlil" last="Stewart"]. Stewart checks off many of the early boxes you want to see from potential National recruits. His height/weight combination checks out for his desired position, the coaching staff raves about him, and the work ethic and weight room numbers are there. Incredible camper from what I hear, so much so that Kentucky, Penn State, and West Virginia have extended early offers to the young man. Time will tell, as it will with every 2025 prospect.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="386032" first="Dayshaun" last="Burnett"] | 6’3, 205 | LB/ATH | Imani Christian Academy</strong></span></em></span>
I can’t help but think of [player_tooltip player_id="64565" first="Quinton" last="Martin"] when I see [player_tooltip player_id="386032" first="Dayshaun" last="Burnett"]. It’s never fair to compare anyone to [player_tooltip player_id="64565" first="Quinton" last="Martin"] this early on but you can see shades of the versatile prospect in Burnett. There isn’t a spot in the back seven that he can’t play, linebacker, or safety. The kid can provide running back reps and I’m sure he could provide reps at wideout if need be. Sound like anyone yet? The build checks out as well. Who cares whether this kid is the next [player_tooltip player_id="64565" first="Quinton" last="Martin"], one thing that’s for sure, he’s beginning to catch the eye of recruits around the nation. Penn State. UMass, and Akron have already reached out with offers.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="386033" first="Isaiah" last="West"] | 6’0, 210 | RB | St. Joseph’s Prep</strong></span></em></span>
I had the pleasure of watching St. Joseph’s Prep’s Wingmen program perform at a 7v7 earlier this Spring. This young man immediately caught my eye based on his physique alone. His pass-catching ability and lateral cuts in space also caught my attention after the snap. After doing some digging, I find out that West already has interest out of West Virginia, UConn, Penn State, and Boston College, all in the form of early offers. You might be looking at the next star running back out of the stable that is St. Joseph’s Prep.
<em style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Landiin Strange | 6’4, 235 | DL/TE | Cheltenham</strong></span></em>
Landiin Strange saw the first of many collegiate offers come his way earlier this Spring when Akron pulled the trigger on the 6’4 pass rusher. Strange will accompany [player_tooltip player_id="66046" first="Kion" last="Wright"] along a defensive line that is sure to give District One offensive linemen fits. Strange is another prospect who checks off all the boxes besides tape. National recruits want to make a mark with potential top recruits early, justifying offers based on camp workouts, weight room numbers, the old eye test. Talking to some FBS schools, Strange might make that leap. Coaches should get in on the action early.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="386034" first="Jared" last="Porter"] | 5’9, 170 | RB/DB | Central Dauphin East</strong></span></em></span>
I admittedly hadn’t heard of [player_tooltip player_id="386034" first="Jared" last="Porter"] up until this Spring, when the young man earned three FBS offers in the span of two days. Porter totals four offers at the moment and has legitimate film to back it up. We will most likely tag Porter as a DB, but the ATH designation makes sense. Porter’s tape show off quality coverage reps, which is rare when watching freshman tape. Porter can still contribute on offense, either working in the backfield or catching passes if need be. Porter has the makings to crack the top 10 and stay there for years to come.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="386039" first="Zade" last="Johnson"] | 5’10, 170 | DB/WR | Malvern Prep</strong></span></em></span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="265473" first="Michael" last="Carroll"] | 6’5, 300 | OL/DL | La Salle College</strong></span></em></span>
The next two prospects have yet to see lucrative collegiate interest in comparison to those above. Yet watching the tapes, the clips, the workout videos and speaking to those in the know, I couldn’t help but feel like these two are next in line. Both Johnson and Carroll are new to the rankings, both having recieved offers out of UMass and Temple respectively. I just do not see a situation where [player_tooltip player_id="265473" first="Michael" last="Carroll"] won’t succeed. The young man is already pushing 300+ pounds, a good 300 I might add. He’s got the height and brains to play anywhere along the La Salle line, and he’ll be coached up by some of the best in the business at LSCHS, coaches with a ton of pedigree. Good on Temple to jump on this young man early.
As for [player_tooltip player_id="386039" first="Zade" last="Johnson"], really solid initial tape. I saw his tape and placed him here before even realizing he had a Massachusetts offer. Happy to know we and the program think alike. Zade’s traits lead me to believe he will be utilized as a true outside corner that is surely capable of providing safety or wide receiver reps if need be. The hips are fluid, his feet can dance yet are balanced when in phase. Pass-breakups come without a price, he isn’t gambling to show off ball skills. There looks to be maturity at this early stage, which leads me to believe he could join Felder, Porter and [player_tooltip player_id="169963" first="Xxavier" last="Thomas"] as one of the best DB’s in his class down the line. More eyes need to be on #1.
