Zach plays with quick feet and good field vision. He gets into gaps quickly and is a sure stick when tackling. He does a good job of fighting through blocks and can make plays from the edge to the boundary. He makes play after play on defense and will assuredly continue to when he gets to his new home. I am looking forward to seeing what his transfer from Lancaster Catholic to Cheshire Academy will yield.

Zachary Dresch Zachary Dresch 6'0" | 160 lbs | LB Cheshire Academy | 2026 State New E was over the field on defense for Lancaster Catholic. He constantly made plays in or near the line of scrimmage. He has a combination of speed, strength, and athleticism for a linebacker. He has great instincts and does a good job of reading the plays and coming downfield to make plays. He made a key tackle for loss to help stop a drive. He also had a big sack as well. Dresch was also a great player at tight end. He blocked well all night and caught two passes and a 2 point conversion. Dresch is a good prospect who can do it all on both sides of the ball.
