He has excellent balance and body control and can be a effective running back who can turn the corner on the perimeter with his next level speed. A well versed running back who is slippery when releasing from the backfield and can be a threat in the passing game along with his running back skills. He is a determined runner who will fight, twist, and turn to get the tough yards. Doesn’t go down easily and can fight off pressure and break tackles. Has the home-run hitting stride and acceleration to turn 1st downs into touchdowns.

He is a highly projected Div 1 recruit who is without an offer at the time of this report.  With the April/Spring evaluation period  beginning April 15th, one can expect him to have a slew of college coaches checking in on this young rising athlete. His time should come soon to get his first offer…

Baffling to me how this young man doesn’t have some kind of offer. In all my years of ranking classes in PA and NE, I never inserted a transfer RB this high into the rankings. The IMG transfer almost placed as the top back in his entire class, usually instances like this occur with multi-FBS offered prospects entering a new state. This young man, however, has no offers to speak of, despite his tape showing FBS capabilities. I’m unfamiliar with Fletcher’s background and story, yet his tape checks out. Flashes the blend of a violent running style with agility like countless FBS backs display. Has the home-run hitting stride and acceleration to turn 1st downs into touchdowns. Has reps on tape that show he can catch the ball out of the backfield. I don’t foresee many defenses that will be able to handle Fletcher behind this new STM offensive line.

He is 5’11” 206lbs who is primarily a running back. He has an academic 3.4 GPA record and has speed with a 4.5 40 yrd recorded time.

His film review shows high level run speed with good power behind the pads.  He has a second gear to pull away when being pursued.  I am impressed with is muscle frame and body thickness.  I can easily see him being used  as an every down back.  He is a can do everything back.  He can get the short yardage and be a long yardage home run producer.  Has very good hands coming out of the backfield and will help a team in the passing game also.  Has blocking willingness and stays firm when being pressured by 1st level defenders.

He appears to be a Div 1 recruit with a high ceiling,  He is drawing Div 1 interest that will increase as he continues to grow, develop and continue producing on the field.
