Marquisse Silva | Prep Redzone Scout
Here is the 2025 Season Stockriser Alert for the New England region, highlighting a high-ceiling quarterback from Connecticut.
Scout’s Analysis: Jones is a “high-ceiling” prospect who has made massive strides in his development as a junior. Jones is a multi-sport athlete (baseball). He possesses unbelievable arm strength. He can spin the ball with high velocity and a tight spiral. Harry excels at processing defenses, showing the poise to let plays develop rather than forcing throws. He is particularly dangerous when moving defenders with his eyes and shoulders to open up passing windows.
Weaknesses & Development: While he displays an unorthodox throwing style, his decision-making remains elite. The primary area for improvement is his pocket footwork. He gets his feet set well for balance. However, more consistent movement within the pocket is needed to navigate pressure.
Recruiting Outlook: Jones’ physical profile (6’2″, 190 lbs) and arm talent place him among the top 2027 signal-callers in Connecticut. After a 21-TD sophomore campaign and a strong 2025 showing, he is a candidate to jump up in the rankings.

Film Review Notes: A prospect name that has surfaced repeatedly for area coaches. He is a rising freshman holding down the Qb position for his varsity team this season. He is a very versatile athlete, displaying ability to play various skilled positions, so we have him as an athlete early in his varsity career. I viewed one of his single-game films (below). His backpedal foot speed dropping in the pocket pops with a quickness. He has a quick release with obvious power in his throws. Pocket awareness is good. Knows when to step up into the pocket when feeling pressure from the edges. He can use his feet to extend the play. His current measurables align with Low FCS/ High D2 /High NAIA quarterbacks. I see him as a talented rising freshman who has time for additional growth and development that will help dictate where he lands at the college level.
