I applaud his willingness to prove his worth at both tackle and guard during OL/DL 1v1s. Moved much better than I expected a 330+ pound IOL/OT prospect would. First rep in his 1v1 edit shows he can recover with foot speed and lateral agility. Foot speed and lat agility will likley never be Scime’s calling card of course, yet it’s still nice to see him work positively in these areas from an evaluators perspective. Lower back strength, base balance and hand-striking are certainly pluses in his game. Scime is ranked well among PA 2028s, his performance at our latest event only compounds previous notions.

Tyler Scime Tyler Scime 6'4" | 365 lbs | DL/OL Kennett | 2028 State PA is a talented two-way lineman for Kenett. He has good size (6’4″) and strength. Last season, he played as a right tackle, where he excelled as a run blocker. His ability to go downfield and run block is excellent. He is a good down blocker against defensive linemen. He also demonstrates good athleticism by running into the open field and blocking at a high level. Then, as a defensive tackle, he plays well as a nose tackle. He is hard to move off his spot. Scime is a good player on both sides of the ball.
