At 6’2 205, Blackmon is physical, plays with a ton of speed, and has a well-rounded skill set he uses to dominate defenses. Blackmon is quick, has great vision, and has breakaway speed in the open field that allows him to break off massive plays on the ground, sometimes going completely untouched by defenders. Blackmon also has great contact balance- he can withstand hits really well and plays through defenders to gain every possible yard each carry.

Last fall, Blackmon totaled 115 carries for 695 yards and 8 TDs on the ground, and 9 receptions for 86 yards and one TD through the air.

Yesterday, Blackmon committed to Bowling Green! I think he’s making a fantastic decision. As an RB, there might not be a better HC for him to play for than Eddie George.

In the last few days, Blackman has picked up offers from Austin Peay and Murray State, bringing his total list up to 6!
