was only able to play in seven games as a senior but he was very productive when on the field, catching 27 passes for 417 yards and four touchdowns. He has very impressive speed which he is able to use to blow by opposing defensive backs with ease in the deep passing game. When defenders are able to keep up with him, Barber has shown the ability to use his athleticism and strong hands to come away with contested catches. Barber also returned one kickoff for a touchdown this season. Trevy currently holds offers from Eastern Kentucky, Troy, Miami (OH), Gardner-Webb, and Indianapolis, and I can see him developing into a key contributor wherever he decides to play.

is a player who has been high on my radar for a while now. He had an outstanding junior year, catching 79 passes for over 1,300 yards and 22 touchdowns. Barber is one of the best route runners in the state, using quick breaks in his routes to create separation with ease. He has also shown the speed to pose as a threat in the deep passing game and pick up yards after the catch. Barber has also proven to be dangerous on special teams as a returner, returning one kickoff for a touchdown last season. Trevy currently holds offers from Gardner Webb, Eastern Kentucky, Troy, Austin Peay State, Miami (OH), and Indianapolis, and I expect more to come his way as he is a Division I caliber prospect.

is a player who has been high on our radar for a while now and continued to impress as a junior, catching 79 passes for 1,327 yards and 22 touchdowns in 15 games. Barber lines up primarily in the slot where he uses his explosive speed to blow by opposing defensive backs in the deep passing game. He has also shown elite route running ability, using quick breaks in his routes to create separation. Trevy currently holds several Division I offers and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to play as high as the Power 4 level.

is our top returning wide receiver in the entire state in his class. Barber is coming off a very impressive junior year in which he caught 79 passes for 1,327 yards and 22 touchdowns in 15 games. He does a great job of using quick breaks in his routes and his explosive speed to create separation from opposing defensive backs with ease. Barber is also very reliable in contested/jump ball situations, using his athleticism to go up and catch the pass at its highest point, regardless of what type of coverage is around him. Trevy also returned one kickoff for a touchdown as a junior. Barber currently holds offers from Gardner Webb, Troy, Austin Peay, Miami (OH), Indianapolis, and Eastern Kentucky, and I expect that list to continue to grow this offseason.

Trevy came into camp with something to prove.
I would go on record to say that Barber was probably the quickest athlete that attended the MSU football camp. He made it extremely difficult for defensive backs to keep up with his movements, he moves side to side in a pretty impressive manner when he runs his routes, he almost made it an art form the way he can find his pockets get himself open.
He ran a blistering 4.50 forty-yard dash and killed the 5-10-5 drill. Barber is your prototypical slot receiver that is going to get open in a hurry, although he is very well-built athlete so i believe he will hold up just fine lined up out wide.
There is no question that Barber is going to play college football, at this point it’s just figuring out where?

, a wide receiver/defensive back at Bowling Green High School. On top of excellent breakaway speed and catching ability, what I like about Barber’s playstyle is his ability to quickly change direction, confuse the defense and haul in the touchdown pass. I also like how Barber can take it all the way to the house off kickoff.
