A Class of 2026 prospect, Ray is a cornerstone of one of Kentucky’s most respected high school football programs. His combination of strength, discipline, and football IQ makes him a high-upside offensive line recruit to watch in the 2026 cycle. Ray brings a physical presence up front, using great pad level and hand placement to control defenders at the point of attack. He plays with a strong base, finishes blocks with authority, and shows the ability to move defenders off the ball in both gap and zone run schemes. His run blocking is consistent, and his willingness to play with a mean streak stands out on film.

Caleb Ray Caleb Ray 6'2" | 285 lbs | OL Bowling Green | 2026 State KY is exactly what any offensive line coach is looking for. He has a solid build, long arms, and quick feet. Given his size and arm length, he has the potential to be an interior lineman, playing either guard or center. Alternatively, he could also be moved out to tackle if necessary. This past fall, he played 15 games at right guard, demonstrating his ability to excel in the passing game and effectively mirror his defender. I would be interested to see him play tackle at camps or in his senior tape.

Also worth mentioning on my list of standouts is Caleb Ray Caleb Ray 6'2" | 285 lbs | OL Bowling Green | 2026 State KY , an offensive lineman at Bowling Green High School. What makes Ray such an explosive weapon at the line of scrimmage is his excellent size and ability to quickly stun the opposition with his arm strength. I also like how Ray can absorb pressure and cause chaos for the defense with his blocking ability.

What impresses me the most about Ray’s playstyle is his size, speed and quick execution at the line of scrimmage, proving he can match his opponent’s physicality and create solid pushback. I also like how Ray utilizes his arm strength to stun his opponent and cause disorganization for the defense in the pocket.

In addition to great size and physical edge at the line of scrimmage, what stands out about Ray is his ability to contain pressure and protect his quarterback during the blitz. I also like how Ray can use his arms to stun the defense, buying his teammates more time to push into the backfield.
