has been a name to know since his freshman season. He burst onto the scene as a running back and he’s been one of the best at the position in this class since then. But it’s an interesting thing when it comes to Bradford. He’s incredibly athletic and while he’s been dominant and more importantly, consistent on the offensive side of the ball, Bradford has also been really solid as a cornerback. So maybe defense is the right spot for Bradford when it comes to the next level. But right now, we still like him at running back because of the overall body of work he’s shown there. For the second straight year, Bradford has helped lead the Racers to the 5A semifinals.

is that player and we can’t wait to see what he does for his senior season. In the last two seasons combined, Bradford has run for just over 2,700 yards and 34 touchdowns and this season, he could end up seeing his production go up even more. Like we’ve mentioned a few times, Newcastle will have a new quarterback. Bradford will be the ultimate safety valve of this offense. When in doubt, give the ball to Bradford and he always has a chance to make something special happen. Not to mention he’s one of their top defenders at the cornerback position.

might be the guy that we’ve known for the longest time. Bradford emerged during his freshman season as a serious playmaker for the Racers and his stock has really only pointed up from there. During his sophomore year, Bradford dealt with nagging injuries and the production suffered because of it but he was still a name that you had to know about on both sides of the ball because he’s also been a standout at cornerback. Bradford would then return to full strength during the 2024 season and helped lead the Racers to the Class 5A semifinals and they were one game short of playing for the state championship.

has been on our radar for a while now. Since he was a freshman, Bradford has been a player to watch in the state’s 2026 class. He had his breakout moment last fall as a sophomore, becoming one of the top running backs in Class 4A. This season, he’s now in Class 5A and has the Racers as a team to watch as we move closer towards the playoffs. Bradford missed some time earlier this season but when he’s been on the field, he’s been absolutely electric. And he has Newcastle in a position to capture the district championship in their first season in Class 5A. When Bradford is healthy, he’s definitely one of the more productive running backs in the state’s 2026 class.
