I thought McCann was overlooked last season. He played Center for one of the most high powered offenses in WNY. Previous to 2024, Tim played Tackle. St. Francis’ offense is expected to put up video game like numbers this season so whichever position he plays as a senior, McCann will be seen as one of the best prospects in the area.

Prototypical size at this level that blocks with a mean streak. McCann came into his junior year as a RT that was pretty green but he took a major step forward, helping the St. Francis offense seem unstoppable. Tim, combined with Wortkoetter, are one of the best OL tandems in WNY.

McCann is not as highly touted as his peers but he is a tenacious OL. He made the switch from RT as a sophomore to anchoring an explosive offense at Center in his junior season. He is blessed with excellent size. Tim also possesses quick feet and solid hand placement.

Last season was McCann’s first year on varsity and while a lot of attention was on their Power 5 Left Tackle recruit, Tim held down the right side with his awareness and good hand placement. He has quick feet and a great kick step in pass protection.
