He had a monster sophomore campaign with 73 tackles (29 for loss), 8 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and 4 fumble recoveries earning himself a 3rd team All-State selection. He is incredibly quick off the ball and deceptively fast. Hoose is very strong and tackles with force. Tavio is poised for another big year in 2024.

Hoose proved to be a playmaker forcing 3 fumbles and recovering 4 in 2023. A dynamic player in Southwestern’s 3-4 defense, he was used as both a Defensive Tackle and at Nose Guard. He was impactful in both positions. With a high motor, Hoose was seemingly unstoppable. College scouts may overlook him because of his small school status but Tavio Hoose Tavio Hoose DL St. Francis | 2026 NY is a name that will get further recognition in his Junior and Senior seasons.
