. Daniels showed out this past weekend, and was one of the more notable names recruiting wise in attendance. The 5’9″ 165-Pound Prospect, had an outstanding weekend, where he made plays on both sides of the ball. What makes him standout, out is first and foremost his quick downhill trigger. His ability to read and react is second to none at the cornerback position. In addition, he tackles in space. offers much to be excited about. Starting with his coverage skills, we see Daniels flip his hips so he is never out leveraged as he runs stride-for-stride with receivers. Additionally, I feel as though he breaks on the ball very well when in zone. Physicality along the perimeter is a part of Daniels’ game as well. We see him time-and-time again come up and shed blocks effectively in run support, where he tackles low and typically does so with correct force leverage. Similarly, at times Daniels has shown the ability to be physical with receivers along the perimeter.

Out on the perimeter, Taylor is a solidified shut down corner as he mirrors the wide receiver well and stays glued to their hip as they head downfield.
