Out of all the 2030 linemen that I can confirm are setting sail with the Seton Hall Prep Pirates — especially those in this write up —

is the prospect I’ve seen play the most during his middle school years. I also can’t scream it loudly enough, that Lombardo is the type of young man a program (on any level) can build around. He brings a presence, he respects legacy, and he upholds a standard at all times. Simply loves the game of football and everything that comes with it. Mature beyond his years is an understatement. A tireless worker who gives everything he has, and then some, on every rep and every play. Has worked extremely hard to cement himself as one of the best 2030 pass rushers anywhere in the state. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have questions/concerns about where his physical ceiling is in terms of height/weight going forward, however, you can quote this write up for years to come —

did show up at the All Star tryouts, I didn’t get the chance to see him live in action. However, from what I heard, Santino put on a show.
A talented defensive and offensive lineman, Tino may have made his biggest impression as a ball carrier last weekend. He showcased his size and power by taking a handoff to the end zone, fighting through a tackler and rumbling forward. A bruiser of a ball carrier, Santino is bigger than nearly everyone else on the field. His ability to run with a head of steam made him very tough to bring down. He also contributed as a blocker, pancaking a defender to clear the way for a teammate. Defensively, he was just as dominant, shedding a double team as a defensive end and meeting the ball carrier head on at the line.

is a name we will become more familiar with by season’s end. While he doesn’t have any posts on Instagram quite yet, you can get a good sense of his skill level and work ethic on X.
From what I have seen, I am very impressed with Santino’s ability to stay low coming out of his stance. He has that explosive step that gives himself that slight edge to beat the lineman off of the line. Santino is also a versatile lineman that will get plenty of opportunities on both sides of the ball. He has the potential to be an elite offensive tackle with his wide base and frame.
Grinding on the field and in the weight room in the offseason, Santino’s hard work is sure to payoff in 2025.

Lombardo did a nice job at the tryouts and is one of the lone returners from the Jersey Shore AYF 12U All-Star team from a year ago. He was a sixth-grader a year ago and after winning an AYF All-Star National Title, Lombardo returned a bigger and better prospect. He has a body type that can, and should continue, to allow him to play Offensive Line, Defensive Line and even some Tight End. In my opinion, he looks like he should compete for significant time as a Guard.
