Future High School: Seton Hall Prep
After seeing Travis play at both PRZ Next combines, and in games at least twice a year, over the last two years, where he best fits remains a debate. Pre-combine he changed his position from WR to LB, but my gut says he’ll eventually be an Edge. His testing numbers were near the top in the LB group, but he would have had the best scores in almost every drill when comparing to the D-Line.
Testing
- Wingspan: 74.75″ (Position Best at the combine)
- 40-yard dash: 4.93 (hand)
- Shuttle: 4.56
- Broad Jump: 8’8″
- L-Drill: 7.65

is a prospect who can likely play anywhere on the football field. As of right now, he is a defensive skill player that has the height (6’2″) to play anywhere and dominate his matchup. I am curious to see just exactly where he lines up and how he uses his size to compete. Wherever that is, Travis will have a home as he is a difference maker on the field.

- Mercer County native.
- Played a lot of football in 2024, suiting up for both AIP Elite and Kreps Middle School. Continuing to fill out and looking really impressive, Travis was a standout on the first-year Kreps Middle School program and helped them to a 6-0 team as a Edge/Tight End.
- Has attended a PRZ Next Middle School Camp.

More times than not Travis is the biggest, fastest and most talented player on the football field. At 6-foot-1 and 194-pounds, his size translates well to a number of different positions, hence the Athlete designation. I’ve seen him play Running Back, Linebacker and Defensive End at a high level. In film from this summer, it appears that Tight End may also eventually be in the mix.
Has attended a Prep Redzone Next camp.

I was fired up to see Schulyer Travis on the list of the 100+ prospects signed up for the New Jersey Prep Redzone Next Middle School Combine last weekend. First saw him at the SportzFarm tournament over Easter weekend as a member of the AIP Elite squad, then got eyes on him again at our event. There’s no denying the physical stature of the East Windsor, New Jersey native. Certainly looks the part at 6-foot, 190-solid pounds. Really impressed with his ability to change direction at full speed. He’s got another year of youth ball to figure it out, but the real question is what position he ultimately ends up playing.
