About Tahj

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My play style is explosive and relentless. I’m everywhere on the field flying to the ball, making plays sideline to sideline, and bringing high energy every snap. I use my speed and quick reactions to create impact plays, whether it’s stopping the run, locking down my assignment, or chasing down the ball from behind. I play fast, physical, and with nonstop

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a humble competitor who lets my work speak for itself. I stay coachable, disciplined, and focused on getting better every day. As a leader on the field, I lead by example giving maximum effort, encouraging my teammates, and holding myself accountable first. I care more about team success than personal recognition

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Track and field

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’m a hardworking athlete with a big heart and a team-first mindset. I give everything I have in practice, in the weight room, and on game day. I care deeply about my teammates and always try to lift others up. I’m willing to step up and lead not just with my words, but through my actions, effort, and consistency. I want to be someone my team can trust, depend on, and rally behind.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A challenge I face during my sophomore season is it was my first year on varsity as one of the smallest players on the field but with the most heart , I felt unmotivated going into the season not getting as much reps as I wanted on varsity. With that being said my time came in a rivalry game week 10 and I had one of my best games of the season that was all I needed I was motivated to push harder.

What type of college are you looking for?

m looking for a college that accepts me for who I am, not just as a football player, but as a person. I want a program that treats its players like family, where coaches genuinely care about our growth on and off the field. A place with strong relationships, accountability, and a brotherhood built on trust. Somewhere I can compete at a high level, develop my skills, earn my degree, and be part of
