McAlester wide receiver Rodney Washington Rodney Washington Rodney Washington 6'2" | 185 lbs | WR/ATH McAlester | 2028 State OK is one of our favorite prospects in this class and it’s based solely on the athletic ability. Washington is a next level freak athlete and all you have to do is watch him play a quarter or two of basketball and you see he’s at a different level than everyone from an athletic standpoint. Washington was productive during his sophomore season but we think he’s just scratching the surface on what he can be on the football field. He’s definitely a more polished basketball prospect right now but we think the ceiling will inevitably be higher for him on the gridiron. In our opinion, Washington will be contending to be the top receiver in this class by the time his senior year rolls around.
