and his upside feels like it’s getting higher and higher. During the 2024 season, Bickham emerged as one of the top targets in the McAlester passing game. He ended up being second on the team in receiving. When you combine that kind of breakout production with his measurables, you immediately get a prospect that is going to have the attention of college coaches when spring ball rolls around in a few months. Bickham certainly checks a lot of boxes at 6’4 and like we said before, his ceiling moving forward appears to be getting higher and higher. Now, he’ll need to continue to develop but he has our interest already and it wouldn’t be surprising if he soars up the ranks again after the spring.

Deveion Bickham tested extremely well throughout the day, being one of the most impressive players here. He stands at 6’1 and put up great numbers in all of the other events, in which it continued with the L Drill. In his first attempt, it was down a little, being 7.48. He then lit up the field with an electrifying 7.19. That 7.19 was the second highest time during the event. He showed to be someone that is worth keeping an eye on moving forward.

excelled at the event, showing what he is on the watchlist in the class of 2027. He is listed as an athlete and stands at 6’2. His shuttle times were impressive, as he recorded 4.5 and 4.53. He had one of the best runs out of anyone at the combine. It was impressive to see.

I had a chance to evaluate DeVeion earlier this year, and it is no surprise to find him on the 2027 National Watchlist. Bickham is a two-sport athlete that has proven to play both football and basketball at a very high level. On the football field, DeVeion has no problem generating big plays with his legs. DeVeion also runs clean routes that allow him to find open voids in the defense and exploit them for large chunks of yards. Overall, with his elite size, it is clear that DeVeion is destined to be one of the state’s top prospects in more than just football. Having said that, I am very excited to see how Bickham develops throughout his high school career.

is another two-sport athlete that everyone should get to know right now. Depending on who you ask, Bickham is either a big time basketball prospect or football prospect, oming out of the Sooner State. We vote he’s both. When it comes to the gridiron, DeVeion is a big 6’2 receiver with big play capability. His big frame helps make Bickham an absolute force on the field. With his size, he is also sneaky fast and has no problem creating big plays on his own. With his speed, Bickham is also a shifty dude who can make make people miss with the ball in his hands, or find open windows in coverage if he is running routes. From everything that I have seen from DeVein, it is clear that he has a huge upside in the game of football. It’s going to be exciting to watch him grow in both sports and develop into one of the state’s top prospects.
