Since we started ranking the state’s 2024 best quarterbacks, River Warren River Warren 6'4" | 195 lbs | QB Del City | 2024 State OK has had a tight grip on the top spot. He finishes his high school career as the state’s top 2024 QB prospect and he’s been consistently that over the last several seasons. After making a name for himself at Bishop McGuinness, Warren spent his senior season at Del City and was one of the most efficient quarterbacks in the state. That’s what we wanted to see from the standout signal caller. Because he was not going to have a shortage of talent around him. We wanted to see just how efficient and productive he could be and he answered the call.
