Richard moves up a handful of spots in the recent rankings update to #15 overall and the #3 overall DB. Already with the early season Richard is having in pre-season and through he first game; #15 may even be to low. A big, long, physical, athletic DB, Richard checks off a lot of boxes. Mainly playing CB, he offers plenty of positional versatility at DB. A strong tackler he can play close to the LOS and in the box. Richard has a nose for the ball and making big plays. In GC’s week 1 game vs Bishop McDevitt (PA) this weekend, Richard blanketed his man and got his hands on the pass to take it 95yds for a pick 6. Overall, Richard is a playmaking, versatile, complete DB that is easily deserving of this ranking & on his way to another rankings jump in the next update.

Colleges seem to agree as Richard already holds a handful+ of P4 offers from the likes of Notre Dame, Ohio State, UMD and others. If he continues to play the way he has early on this season, Richard will easily be a 20+ offer National Recruit.
