Peyton Eveland is moving from Oregon to The HUN School in New Jersey, reclassifying into the 2028 class to boost his recruitment. At 6’8” and 310 pounds, he is of the elite size and has plenty of raw potential.
His strength and power stand out immediately. He moves well in space and shows good quickness when blocking on the move. In pass protection, he does a solid job anchoring against bull rushes but still needs to refine his hand placement and footwork. With more technical development, he has the tools to become a high-level offensive line prospect.
Eveland currently holds an offer from Syracuse. Before transferring, he was rated as the No. 6 overall player in Oregon and the state’s top offensive lineman. He also has a younger brother, Jace Eveland, a top prospect in Oregon. Now, at Hun, Peyton will look to expand his offer list and take his game to the next level.
I am excited to announce that I will be attending The Hun School of Princeton in Princeton, NJ! Thank you to all the the teachers and coaches that have helped me along the way!@Red_Zone75 @AndrewNemec @JordanJ_ @BrandonHuffman @edaniels77 pic.twitter.com/0EqJvCcoRt

is an offensive linemen in this 2027 class to keep an eye on as he continues to grow, heading into his freshman year. Standing at an eye-popping 6’6 and 265 pounds, the Oregon standout has shown to be a dominant force in the trenches. He’s the younger brother of the No.2 Offensive Linemen and No.7 overall prospect in our Oregon 2025 rankings, Jace Eveland. From what I have seen from Peyton, it is evident that he has a mean streak about himself and his size size alone will pique the interest of P5 programs. When he is on the field, he is always trying to find a way to get his opponents on the ground–either by force or by technique. With Peyton’s explosive nature, he has no problem winning at the point of contact and collecting multiple pancakes in the process. For as big and strong as he is, it is not a stretch to say that I could see him competing at a Power Five school early in his high school career. Peyton has huge upside and unparalleled potential for an eighth-grader in the PNW.

The lone Oregon native on this list at 6-foot-4 and 250-pounds, he has the potential to become a big time prospect. His older brother has been visiting all the (current) PAC-12 heavyweights and I don’t see why he won’t be following suit.

Peyton is the younger brother of 6-foot-7, 320-pound Offensive Tackle and No.3 prospect in Oregon for the class of 2025, Jace Eveland. The “little” Eveland brother is starting his eighth-grade season and is already standing 6-foot-4 and 250-pounds. Exactly like his brother, they both carry the weight very well and at times look more like Centers/Power Forwards than Offensive Linemen. There is a ton of potential with Eveland based off his size alone but he isn’t just a big body…he can play too. Is pretty athletic given his size and youth. Should grow into a pretty well-recruited Offensive Tackle prospect as he moves towards high school. Getting into a high school weight room should do him well as overall strength must improve, but that almost certainly will come with maturity and growth.
