is a prospect I saw twice this week – once at the YAA event and later at The Hun School’s showcase, where he now attends. In the bit I saw today, he had decent snap of his hips. At one point I asked Rawal if he was a tight end, which he said he is not. If he was a tight end, I thought that he did a good job getting out of his breaks and off the line as such; additionally, with that tight end lens, I thought Rawal ran an exceptional whip route.

was one I liked a lot. Departing a program that has teetered between varsity and sub-varsity eligibility in Plainsboro, Rawal now finds himself at the state’s football bastion. I thought that this youngster was a sneaky mover, as he surprised me the more I watched of him. Rawal looked really good at times, particularly when running in routes and when forced to adjust to the ball. He can recover when his feet split as well. There was one mental error that occurred during a drill, but improving his quick twitch muscle fibers will be the biggest benefit for Rawal.
