One of the most revered and talked-about prospect in New Jersey, Lukas Prock, is actually from Massachusetts. Completing the trifecta of Wellesley, MA imports, Prock is every bit of the billing. First, Prock’s throwing motion was identical to his younger understudy. That motion featured an extremely quick release that was somewhere between 3/4ths and overhead delivery. These two attributes are a tribute to the work he puts in with his quarterback coach Tony Racioppi. Furthermore, there was absolutely zero – and I mean none whatsoever – deviance in the rotation of the ball he threw. The spin rate Prock put on the rock was insane. It looked as though the stripes were pained on, static, and the ball was not moving. Aside from his motion, release, and the ball coming off of his hand looking identical, he had nearly identical ball placement on his throws. With about an hour of routes on air being ran, I estimate that Prock probably threw about 150 passes on the day; however, his most impressive throw in my eyes came when he was featured on PAP rollout away from his handedness. With his shoulders totally opened and parallel to scrimmage, he delivered a dart that was placed in a position where his receiver did not have to slow down. If that was not his best throw, then the string he pulled on a gorgeous tight end out-and-up was. Two throws that I thought he has an opportunity to polish a bit more were wheels and circus routes. From the look I got, I thought he did not lead his target toward the sideline enough – something that could, perhaps, be refined with tending to his foot arrow.

has quickly made his mark since arriving from Massachusetts. Now at the Hun School, the reclassified 2028 quarterback is lighting it up. Through the early part of the season, he leads New Jersey in passing with 957 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Prock’s game is built on polish and precision. He thrives in play-action, showing smooth footwork, clean mechanics, and the ability to deliver accurate throws both deep and in the intermediate game. He’s also mobile enough to buy time and extend plays while keeping his eyes downfield.
The one area still developing is arm strength. He doesn’t yet have the cannon to rip NFL-level throws, but with three more years to grow physically, that will come. Given his production and skill set, Prock is trending toward becoming one of the nation’s next big quarterback recruits—and his hot start at Hun proves it.

is a 6’1, 170lbs QB from Wellesley, MA. He is shifty. He has very good pocket awareness. His accuracy is very good. Has good arm strength distance. I’ve seen him live at showcases, and his mechanics are crisp. He can make all the college throws and always wants to learn more when coached. He is having an outstanding season. During a game on the week of September 28, 2024, he went 15/22 ATT| 279 YDS | 3TDs, including 38/34-yd strikes. His ability to escape the pocket when needed is standing out this season. Lukas is only a sophomore, but he already shows the leadership, decision-making, and accuracy you’d expect from a senior QB.

QB Top Performer: “Prock” is a prospect that surfaced during the season to our attention. He displayed a solid performance during the showcase.
His throws were accurate and he was efficient. He has good footwork and balance seen when he does his drop. He made some heated throws by using the power in his back foot to front through his hips. Has a thin lean frame currently and time he puts in the weight room this off-season will surely help contribute to his already established throws. Showed very good ball placement along with good timoing in his throws. Really liked what i saw from this young man skill set. He has a lot of time to continue getting bigger, stronger and faster while developing more skills to help take his game to the next level.

has a minute-long tape from this Fall season, I’m glad to see any varsity freshman tape from any prospect. The fact that Prock can make one is already a good thing. Like how Prock transitions his weight from his back foot to front through his hips, looks balanced when doing so. Most of Prock’s throws come from what I assume to be late in a blow-out, as well as an early-year scrimmage. At this point in his career, any and all reps should be valued. I value the accuracy and timing he shows so far. Things are easy in 7v7 settings, hitting targets accurately and in a timely fashion with a real rush looming isn’t taken for granted by evaluators such as myself. Love what I’m seeing and hearing out of the Wellesley frreshman.
