Cella has good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, good change of direction, and jumping. As a tight end, he does a great job of breaking off a block and getting open. Large catch radius. As a linebacker, he has good read and reaction speed. He consistently puts himself in position to make a play. Very good tackling. Good get off speed and block shedding. Cella is a stout run stopper, however he can make an impact in zone coverage as well. He has the athletic ability to cover TEs out in space. I’m excited to see Cella in more of an expanded role going forward !
